Re: North Adams vs. Piketon

This should be a great game! The Devils won another nail biter, with Unger once again showing why he's all-world. Piketon looked very good, but there definitely beatable. Their size will give N.A. fits. It'll be a close one, so I'll take N.A. by a few. They'll have to play near perfect though.

Re: North Adams vs Zane Trace

North Adams in a close one. Zane Trace has gotta be hoping for a slower, low scoring game, where they'll have the edge, but I think the more up tempo the game, the better N.A.'s chances are.

Re: North Adams vs Zane Trace

Question for NA fans. Who has NA played this yearthat is still left in the tourney. Well of the teams left there is Hillsboro, but the Devils have beaten the sectional champion teams of Chesapeake, Manchester 2x, Fairfield, Hillsboro, and now Fairland. Pepper than in with 2 wins against a very good...

Re: Oak Hill vs. Fairfield---District Semi-Final

Oak Hill is really good. They could beat North Adams and Peebles easily. From the looks of it I would say they would handle Mclain pretty well. Fairfield won't be able to handle the Hale kid he's to big and plays extremely well around the basket. If Oak Hill continues to play like they have in the ...

Re: North Adams vs Portsmouth

Call it sour grapes but this game should have went to OT. Before the last second shot Unger clearly had the ball pinned to his hip and walked with the ball before the shot. Are you kidding Rockfish? There was nothing unfair about that final play. If you wanna knit-pick then I would say that William...

Man I don't know about that Crazymidgets. North Adams and Portsmouth were pretty impressive. We'll see how Piketon fairs against a well coached Ironton group

Re: North Adams vs Portsmouth

Unger is deceivingly strong. When he drives through the lane he MOVES people. He looks skinny and frail, but he packs a whalop! Great game by both teams! 23 for P-Town got a little chirpy at times with N.A. but man could he shoot the lights out. When Williams got the ball inside he was money, and he...

I agree. The Peebles boys have been playing some good ball lately and got a preety good win streak going.

North Adams improves to 19-0 with three more wins against Northwest 57-47, Leesburg Fairfield 57-49, and West Union 68-53 this week. One more regular season game to go Tuesday against Hillsboro. Good luck Devils!

Re: Northwest @ North Adams

The way Oak Hill is playing right now they would wipe the floor with North Adams and Peebles. That's a pretty bold statement, Legend. Obviously you haven't watched either Peebles or North Adams play this year. It would take one heck of a ball club to "wipe the floor" with either ball club...

Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio - Week 9

I think Peebles has a pretty strong case to be in your Elite 8 with another good week with wins over good Fairfield and Manchester ball clubs. From my understanding both games were pretty choppy but they got the W's. North Adams had another strong week with an 11 point win over Eastern, a win over M...

Re: Peebles @ Fairfield

I don't know that I've ever seen players as dirty as we saw tonight at Fairfield. It's one thing to play hard and shove a little as you're getting after it but to throw cheap shots, not even in the flow of a game, to kick kids in the head when they're on the ground, to pull kids down by their legs,...
