It has been 9 days since I ask if there is any news about Burg football , and not a sole replyed. I see bits and pices about Minford and West but no Burg. I guess the interest in Pirate football is not what it used to be. I don't think I'll even but season tickets this year. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\...

What happened to the Burg - Waverly game web page says the were to play 4/1?

i'm not sure how it works, but maybe if the head coach, present players, alumni, parents, people in the Burg hoping to keep the football tradition alive approached some of the potential players to help boost the playing nunbers , things might look brighter. Compared to what? If you are comparing him to Labron James he not very good, compared to my 6 year old grandson he's pretty good..

I won't be there, the stadium is the worst in the area to see a ball game. Who ever decided to put a track arount the field should be shot.
