I thought the SVC standings were wrong because I had forgotten all about the Piketon/Adena matchup being played last night. Huge win for Piketon over Adena heading into the tournament!

I don't think they were screwing anybody over. I think somebody did not know how to enter the teams in order. They should call these coaches and get their actual votes then reconstruct the brackets. Kind of handy having all the records on one thread.

It is tourney time and anything can happen, but the Waterford team I have seen lately is gonna win this one.

I really look for this to be a tight game that comes right down to the end.

I could also argue for a co-player between Thomas and Mowery. Both players are fantastic talents. How did Lutz do? Last I heard he was averaging close to 30 per contest.

I expected Athens to step back a little coming into the year, but I still thought they would be competitive with everyone on the schedule.

Agreed. I'll be shocked if the game is multiple scores either way, as a few wingnuts supporting both schools have suggested.

Anyone have stats on Alexander's players? I found Zane Trace stats listed on MaxPreps but it doesn't look like Alex lists any.

I just cannot see PV losing this week. Next week will be a different story.

I haven't seen either team but I think I would take Wheelerbsurg by a healthy margin in this one. They appear to be peaking at the right time.
