What's going on with Portsmouth's baseball program? I heard the coach quit...who will end up coaching this year?

Looks like it was a good thing McCray didn't go to Louisville. With Louisville having a new head coach, it would have been hard telling how he would have done down there. Has he officially signed with OU?

He is suppose to be cleared to play in January, atleast, that's what the word was a while back. So, let me ask you all on here this....Where do you think McCray needs to go to get playing time and continue his education?

I had heard that the University of Minnesota and Illinois are interested too.

Any word where this fine young man will end up going to school since his decommittment from Louisville? I heard a few big ten schools are interested as well as some MAC schools.

We all know Burg will reload and come at you again. I believe there JV program went 24-1 last year so they have the talent there to keep on with what Coach Estep has built there. I don't look for Valley to be anything above average, and thats with Coach Schuler getting everything he can out of those...

How are some of the SOC II teams looking this year? We know Burg will come out ready to go with loads of talent and a very good coach in Coach Estep, but what about the Valleys, Minfords, Wests, and Waverly? How do they look going into the opener tomorrow?

Umm........uhhhh.......yeah.....so.....back to the subject at hand.....anybody hear who the next coach for PHS will be??? When do they plan on announcing it?

What about Andy Hall from Jackson? He has ties to the area and could be a good "outsider" to come in and rebuild the program with his dad helping him...just a thought :12224
