That is correct Athens side will play Central District and Circleville side winner will play the East. It is on the OHSAA website. I was able to find it under the Central district tab. Looking at the OHSAA website for the state wide bracket Lynchburg and Alexander group is 2 and Wheelersburg is 1. Yes that is determined during the August meeting. During the meeting they have the bracket without any North or South, East or West and choose which side of the bracket will go to where....
