I hope so also. I think it would be quite the duo for the Tigers in the upcoming season.

They've gone farther than they've gone in past years.

Re: Congrats Waverly Tigers!

Are you reffering to the 8th graders moving up or the jv from last year? Because i havent heard much about the 8th graders moving up maybe u can fill me in. ...

Re: Congrats Waverly Tigers!

Like I said, it all depends on what these kids do between now and then. They have to get bigger, stronger, faster, quicker, and improve their game. It doesn't happen by itself. I'm sure we'll see the best players possible on the floor. There may even be some kids not mentioned on here that will dev...

Re: Continders and Pretenders?

I'd say Waverly is a contender in the SOC II this year. After coming off of a dissapointing season, the kids will sure to be hungry for a good one.

Re: Congrats Waverly Tigers!

Corcoran, Hensley, and Ward were all great players and hope to see them at the next level next year. But what about the Strictly varsity players that didn't get much time? I'd like to see Remy, Jake Hensley, Holt, and Leatherwood get into the rotation next year.

Re: 2010 SOC I and II Predictions

In the SOC II i'm going to have to go with Waverly. I think that with the big senior class they will have this year they will be hungry for a last SOC Championship after last year's dissapointment.

I hope that some of the bench kids this year for the tigers will be able to see some time. Maybe Remy will be able to fill his brothers shoes.

Re: Soccer vs. Football

I'd would say football is easier to play, and for the most part, more physical. Soccer takes way more talent to master, and is usually the more "gentle" of the two. I'm no saying that soccer is an un-physical sport, because it is.

Re: SE District DII Semi: Logan Elm vs. Waverly

I'm interested on how the kids that didn't play much for the Tigers this year to step up next year for the team.
