I still don't know how anyone can put Maxfield ahead of Chubb. After seeing them both play for a while, Chubb is def the better player and has MUCH more college potential.....plus he just turned 16, so a young junior, couple that with his all around court awareness, basketball knowledge, strength, ...

That said: Maxfield has had 6 good games at end of the year. His pts / game are not with Speakman and he's not a big rebounder. The award goes to Jake.

Athens only gets three on the team - that's the way it works. AND THE ATHENS COACH WILL PICK THEM. There is no vote. Cozart and Butcher are locks. Who is going to be the third player that the Athens coach selects? Who gets left out??? Hmmmm. Athens is not getting 3: Speakman , Yates, Maxfield , Hyn...

What is this? NY should be glad to play such a great team. Get their ass beat if thats in the cards, then learn from it. Then maybe talk to the Logan players, ask them how hard they worked in the offseason - come back next year and compete! NY is made up of underclassmen. Schedule them again!
