An OVC team CG beat them this year and last, but I never said they couldn't beat an OVC team-just that they haven't. Just facts.

Can see Ironton winning by 10 pts. The guards for OH will have a hard time vs Ironton's pressure. Think OH is 0-5 in last 5 meetings w/ OVC in sectionals. 0-3 vs Tigers and 0-2 vs Fairland.

What about last yrs JV coach?

Any word on assistant coaches? Will it be mostly non-teachers as it was the last time.

It’s been over 2 weeks since the CG job opened and no movement has been made. Why not hold a special bd mtg prior to Thanksgiving, accept the resignation, post the job, and start interviews? I hope for the CG kids they get stabilized in their football program.The football program will have had 4 coaches in the last 6 yrs. Interview and hire a QUALIFIED person by Christmas.

Ironton lost the last 3 games of the 2017 football season and no OVC title.
