But they don't promote these kids at all--still think they can get enough kids from SE ohio ---if you going to be bad--why not use the local talent. I seen on their roster 3 or 4 kids from outside the country--makes no sense--and it looks like these kids don't even play much or at all.

Athens should win hands down--but not sold on their coach-seen him wait to long to adjust or call time outs last year against VC. No pressure on VC all on Athens---this game will give us a window on how Athens season will go.

I agree--he had also had another boy last yr from VC--Tristin Bartoe signed at rio--then was asked to sit out to red shirt---there is no way he could not have played at Rio---not saying he would start but--not good enough to be on the roster???? If that is true--no wonder kids don't want to play for...

I know most moved because of football-----don't really see how they gained much. But some play other sports. Time will tell.

I will take Bloom Carroll- they smoked VC last year--if they have everyone back they are for real---BC by 10.

Size never hurts--when you play teams that have more than you --you can be at a disadvantage. But when you only have 1 boy at 6 ft 4 and everyone smaller--even in the TVC it can't help.

Time will tell--the parents are ALWAYS right!! You will see. And I don't have any kids playing or never had. Just from what I have watched over the years--Jackson is not the only place where the parents become the problem. Let the kids be kids........ I just hate to see parents move their kids from ...

Be a good year for Jackson if the can get all the boys from Vc, Wellston and Jackson to play as a team---still say there will be trouble with the parents when it all goes down this year--hope not for the boys--but some things never change.

Maybe--as long as they win-they will be okay--if they hit a rough patch--watch them come out of the woodwork!!

That is true---but the issue has been off the court for a lot of years--maybe that's why they left or did not play there?

Not from the boys---from the parents---Jackson parents ALWAYS have issues----that's why the basketball program has been down for so long!!!
