Regardless it doesn't make sense for a player to transfer to a district that they don't live in high school when you loose half the season and the playoffs.

You may see a change with the burg. Word on the street is the Superintendent cracked the whip on the athletic program for behavior on and off the field/court.

If all those players had went to Wheelersburg since before 7th grade, then 38% of the roster (30÷78=38.46%) lived out of district.
