Mattox's open enrollment was denied by Eastern's Board. He will not be attending Eastern. His grades are below Easterns requirements for open enrollment. I believe Hill will go to Meigs. It is in his and both schools best interest that he makes that move

With coaches Brian Bowen and Rocky Brunty, Eastern has by far one of the top notch coaching staffs in SE Ohio. They will win this league.
