Re: Final 4: Wheelersburg vs. Johnstown
Because I just personally hate when people lie like that and then make up stats to keep it going. Kinda like Burg posters saying they filled Darby to the max just don’t like it. And I’ll continue to call it out no matter who posts it. Exactly. Lies. But if the roster is correct and the poster is hi...

Wheelersburg keeps the Strength and Conditioning page up to date. #29 (4.6), #2 (4.65) are fast. #9 is (4.7). #11 isn’t listed

Re: Final 4: Wheelersburg vs. Johnstown
93 players ran a sub-4.5 second 40 yard dash in high school. By the time they finished college, just 40 players were capable of breaking the 4.5-second mark. And the playbook is taught in 6th period, not third! Probably because high school is stop watch times Who is #11 for Wheelersburg? They have ...

Re: Jr. High week 6
The two linebackers from burg was the hardest hitters in the game!! I seen them both put the West backs down on spot. They didn’t need help. I think it was 40 and 22. We all see what we want or have our own hitters while watching. But these two didn’t need help from what I saw. They were around the...

Re: Jr High week 3
No way can Wheelersburg keep all these kids (and parents) happy. Say what you want about the coaches, the program, whatever. When you start bringing in all these players who were big contributors where they were from, your gonna have problems. And that's not including all the kids (parents) who went...

Re: Jr High week 3
Read the other posts pal. Your Wheelersburg brother basically claimed the only reason the Jackson quarterback was good is because he was 14 and fully mature. Which may or may not be true. This kid is 14 and has been fully mature for a couple years, hence his advantage against immature kids on the ba...

Re: Jr High week 3
He’s still 13 folks. Which means he’s about to turn 14 and has hit puberty. He’s a good athlete. I thought his dad was a bum, if his dad was the guy screaming at him calling him soft. It was him and another kid asked to do it all. The kid was wore out. You a doctor now? Some kids don't hit puberty ...

I should clarify my post. These are the types of teams Wheelersburg will see in D4 unless they managed to run off enough band kids to stay D5

Spin it how you want.
Wheelersburg needs to keep scheduling these types of teams because starting next year D4 is where you'll be

Re: WK 2: Wheelersburg @ Columbus Bishop Hartley
I’m not sure many if any D5 schools compete with Hartley this year. They were the better team but take away a fake punt for td and the kickoff recovery to start 2nd half this would have been a closer game. Burg kids and coaches were outmanned but they never quit. Some people on here will rub it in ...

Re: WEEK 2 IRONTON FIGHTING TIGERS @ RUSSELL, KY. RED DEVILS
Good win for the Tigers! Come from behind to beat a good Russell squad after a gritty showing last week vs Burg. Looks like the Pendleton hire is proving to be a good one. Go Big I Russell gave up 41 points to Greenup in a little over 3 quarters. Wheelersburg was a good effort, but easily could hav...

Re: Jr High week 1
I think there is 5. Don't know how many start. 2 from West 1 from Valley and was told 2 from Portsmouth. #32 is from Valley, #75 and #12 from West, #22 from Minford, was told one from Webster. Don't know about Portsmouth. 3 of those are the best players on the team. 75 is starting both ways too. Ha...

He meant Wheelersburg. They have 4 or 5 starters that are transfers this year.Frogtownbuckeye wrote: ↑Fri Aug 24, 2018 10:38 pm Not sure who you are talking about but Ironton has no transfers. We have the same team as last year.
