Claxon did pitch first district game, 6-1 win over Eastern Brown. She had to deal with an injury all season that occurred when she was the starting pitcher in the first game of the season.

Wheelersburg's two pitchers, Sydney Spence and Sarah Claxon, each had 7-0 records in SOC II play. I think that either one would've had a good chance of going 14-0 if they had not shared pitching duties.
