Re: Oak Hill vs Crooksville 2/18/19
Crooksville has played the entire season without their top 2 players. Including one of the top 2-3 players in the league in Junior Caden Miller who got injured during football season. Senior Brock White averaged 17 points per game but hurt his hand and was out for the last 2-3 games and did not play...

Re: State Tourney Dilemma, Attendance
Nationwide is where the games need to be played. Much easier to get around and more than enough things and places to do/go around the immiediate area.

Re: Logan Sectonal
Will be interesting to see how long Sheridan's 6'7 post is out for injury. Sorry to hear that! Is it Heileman? What have you heard? Yep, it is. Apparently, he tore a ligament in his foot and is in an aircast. Supposed to only be out a few weeks, so we will see. He did not play in their 8 point win ...

Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio - Week #9
When Ethan Heller is at the top of his game, Sheridan is very, very good and can beat anyone in the region. When he's not, they are a slightly above-average team.

Re: MVL
Crooksville has played the season without 2 of their best players(including their best and one of the top players in the league in Caden Miller). Unfortunately, Miller is out for the entire season due to a football injury. The other player,Eric Taylor is a 6'5 burly post player with great touch arou...

Re: Zanesville to LCL
We're they ECOL? Yep. ZHS, Coshocton, River View, Meadowbrook all leaving that league. The last 3 for the MVL. Mind you, River View was in the league for a long time and opted out to move to the ECOL because of “travel distances”. Those distances have not gotten shorter in the past 15 years. ZHS ma...

Zanesville agreed. And so do I. Alas, the decision makers in the MVL apparently did not.

Re: Attire
Uniform rules are the dumbest rules in history. Refs should be worried about calling the correct calls that impact a game, not whether Jonny has his shirt tucked in or that Greg’s undershirt might be a slightly different hue of blue than the others because he had to buy his undershirt at Walmart whi...

Re: #6 Sheridan vs. #2 Granville
Gored - that’s not saying much. The MVL and Sheridan are both traditional run first . They may have set a passing record, but it’s still depends on being able to run the ball. They are used to a run heavy league and are themselves set up to depend on the run.Granville has the same D that TV uses - ...

Re: Division II Boys SE District Records
Sheridan is in its first year and their AD must hate them.. opponent record is 47-21-11 While that could certainly be the case, I'm sure it's more that they started too late to join in the MVL schedule this season. Next season they will be officially in the MVL for soccer and that should help them ...

Re: D3 2/21 #5 Minford vs. #12 Crooksville (Jackson)
Crooksville is young but they are talented! Taylor boy inside is a LOAD! And he's pretty skilled with the ball. Miller kid is athletic and their little pg is very good in the open court and has great vision. Not a lot of depth and not great ball handlers(other than the pg).

Re: Fort Frye (3-1) vs Lancaster (3-2) 12/27.
They did not play Morgan, the game was postponed. West M.(who is 3-2)was the second game of the season. Crooksville is MUCH improved this season and will do damage in their district tournament and that was a game that was never in doubt, Philo lead by 10-12 points until it was time to foul.
