Re: Wheelersburg (2) vs Piketon (1). Thoughts?
Great game! Congrats to Evan Legg and coaching staff and especially to the courageous Redstreaks team that competed every second of the game. I thought the Burg's ability to close quarters was the key to victory which was an 6-0 run at the end of 2nd and a 7-0 stretch towards the end of the 3rd was ...

Best of luck to the Redstreaks. I hope to make it down for the game. Always great to see Evan Legg on the sidelines. It would also be nice to see Coach Hafer as I remember him from his playing days and particularly as a young lad playing in The Lisath Summer League back in the day!

So I would like to get one in on Friday evening and then play somewhere close on Saturday morning. We were 7-16 last season, we played a lot of underclassmen and will still be very young wi...

Congrats to Casey Moore for scoring his 1000th point. Congrats to Evan Legg and staff for getting the Redstreaks back to the Convo, I'm pretty confident you will see more of them in the future. Fairland is very talented and has the right mix to make a deep tournament run. The key is to remain humble...

Re: Final South Point 59 Portsmouth 42
Congrats to Coach Collins and The Portsmouth Trojans for another successful season. This one was hard to watch for me because #30 Elijah Adams on South Point is my nephew, and I've never cheered for any Trojan opponent. So I sat still and watched hoping that Elijah played well.....but...I'm certainl...

Re: All Time Records of SE District Teams at State Tournament
You missed one, Miami Trace was in the Class AAA Final Four in 1978 and lost in the semi-finals to Kettering Alter. i remember going to every game. I think we went to Cambridge for districts, then had the regionals at the Fairgrounds Coliseum. I remember there was a water leak in the roof of the Co...
