This will be a closer game than people are saying. If Marietta can’t establish a run game, Alkire will have a rough night. Warren by 7.

Warren has speed too. Crooksville probably won’t find much success throwing the ball since Warren’s best athletes (Simoniette, Gandee, and Miller) are all on the back end. Have seen both teams and Warren has the athlete advantage. Key will be stopping the run.

Crooksville adds the QB, yes, but Warren brings back nearly everyone from the team that beat Crooksville last year. Will be a good game in the first half but I think Warren pulls away in the second.

If Warren starts to play with some bad intentions on defense, they could be a dark horse. Offensively, their athletes are very good. E. Gandee and Simoniette didn’t get near as many touches tonight as a regular season game and that makes a big difference. Waterford had no answer for either.

I believe the final score was 28-12 Warren. Zane Trace’s second score came with mainly twos in the game. Overall, was a pretty good showing. Their skill will tough for other teams to hang with. Gandee and Simoniette will be a matchup nightmare for teams.
