Terry from Ironton is a lock. Pepper from Warren. Miller from Fort Frye. It’s not real easy to make All-Ohio playing in SE Ohio. Just being honorable mention would be an honor.

I would hope with each state taking 16 teams. Not really an accomplishment to “make the playoffs” unless you’re winning 8-10 games a year. Winning 5 just to get in, gets you a one and done ticket and a T-shirt.

I do agree Williamstown should give it a look. It would get them much more prepared for a AA playoff run than the current LKC. A week in, week out schedule with several Ohio teams on it is way more difficult than a schedule full of Single A teams. I just don’t think they’ll go for it. Great program...

I see Point Pleasant leaving this league if it’s all Ohio teams. They need WV teams to even it out some and so Point gets points for playoffs in WV. Not sure how the point system works from state to state but it probably doesn’t help Point playing all Ohio teams.

I feel Marietta is on the upswing in their sports programs and Warren is Warren. Point Pleasant can be good at times and Fort Frye does compete in most of their sports.
