He’s a principal at SPHS. Doubt he is interested in the pay cut to come back to Ironton.

Super is a full time gig. Basketball isn’t, but it’s close to a full time gig from November through February, which are critical months to a super.

I would love to see Shoemaker at Ironton as a coach. Wouldn’t want him to do both or even try.

Sons were on staff until this year. Both in education. Austin Collins was on staff, not sure if he would be interested in head coach. Same with Stevens. Admittedly not too bright given my Ironton education, but it seems like this adds up to 6, not 4.

If you’re going to have it at a high school, I could come up with a half dozen better options than Logan. Making both schools drive that far to host a random high school is just dumb.

Tough watch but a good summary of Ironton’s season. Good enough to lead good teams late but not able to close ever.

I would say if we can win 1 or 2 of these last three we will make the playoffs with the ability to defend the 2024 state championship.

Turf famously cannot be flooded. Very intelligent observation. Also, southern Ohio’s rainy season typically brings floods in the fall. These are great points!
