Re: SOC I 2017
Almost certain it has to be a neighboring school district. The districts have to be touching. But I'm sure there are ways around it. It does not matter, if it is a public school that does not have a sport that student cannot play that sport at a different public school if not enrolled in that schoo...

Re: SOC I 2017
Yes. If your school does not offer a sport you can play at a neighboring school Neighboring that mean same county or could they come to say Eastern from NB. Re: SOC I 2017
Does anyone know if the kids from NB can go else where to play. I would think they could but not certain. Yes they can. If a school does not field a sport, then they can play at a neighboring school district. Notre Dame does not field a soccer team, so a freshman at ND played soccer here at Minford...

Re: D4 Sectional Girls Northwest outlook and seeds
Has Notre Dame played any D3 or D2 schools? Usually they just play D4 only. Who are their quality wins? You sound a little defensive I was truly curious. ND I know played Wheelersburg only loss they have and was a close game. They beat Oak Hill who in return beat Burg D3. they beat West and Portsmo...

Re: D4 Sectional Girls Northwest outlook and seeds
Fairfield wins its 9th game in a row. On a roll at the right time of year. With their strength of schedule, they should be considered for the 1 or 2 seed. Could you list who Fairfield has won and lost to. I would like to see to be able to compare with ND, NB and SW to see where they fit in compared...

Re: Importance of junior varsity basketball
I think Ohio could benefit from allowing junior high players to play in high school like Kentucky does, that could ensure there are JV games. Big difference in a 12 year old boy and a 15 year old young man Yes there is a big difference but that is why not all kids in middle school in KY play up, ju...

Re: jr high softball
There is something to be said about being humble and winning and losing with class. Would we like our kids to be on a public forum saying some of the things that have been said on here (about junior high sports of all things)? As adults we are the first ones to say a child is acting this way or that...

Re: Next Season
SOC II
I would figure that The Burg would be a strong favorite with minford being the 2nd best team, should be good games between those 2 with south webster finishing 3rd.
SOC I
Notre Dame, New Boston, Clay as my top 3
OVC
Ironton then Fairland
SVC
Southeastern and Piketon
