In basketball especially, Fairland and Portsmouth have a lot of history (both boys and girls.) Even before the Trojans joined the OVC, the teams have had many huge matches for Regional titles, etc. Fairland and SP also have a pretty big rivalry across all sports. This was a great game. It was back and forth right up until the 4th quarter, and Portsmouth had some great plays that put them up.
