Kids don't always transfer just to go for sports,some actually really do transfer because family is relocating,and it's my understanding a kid can move from state to state and not have to sit out any games at all

Portsmouth will finish second for the next several years behind Fairland. The OVC is one the weakest conferences in the District. Third place is not great. Rock Hill is second with 6 girls on the varsity roster. I’m sorry but you can’t win by playing street ball. I watched Portsmouth several times....
