I had heard from another player that Dwyer will be suspended 1 game for every game he missed. I think he missed 5 games so he will be out a total of 10 games! Things could have changed but that's what I heard a few weeks ago

Last I heard Valley and ZT were tied 6-6 top of 7th. ZT has a runner on 3rd with 2 outs but there is a rain delay

Does anyone know if our area has ever had an athlete get Ohio Player of the year football and then have another athlete get Ohio POY in basketball in the same year? That's a great accomplishment for our area and those two young men!! Congrats to everyone on this list!

Keller was in pre-1st at valley!! I think this was the reason he was POY in football!!

Moore from wheelersburg and Riehl from valley are both very solid pitchers

the 08-09 Valley Indians team had six guys who were close. I know four starters average double figures, with Utley, Cunningham, Arbaugh, and Yates. I cant remember if Gibson or Winters averaged 10 a game or not. if not they were very close

Why can't the SOC coaches vote co-players of the year. Doesn't cost anybody anything with positive results. If not, Yates might be SOC POY and Kretzer might be District Division II POY. They did that in football this year so I don't understand why they couldn't do that in basketball... I don't thin...
