Streaks were down 14-0 at the end of the first quarter, didn’t really have an answer for preventing the big play. The Red Streaks have no pressure on them, having earned the 4-game win streak to sneak into the playoffs. After losing over 95% of their offensive production from last season, the Streaks have developed some players for the future.

Piketon needs this one to probably secure a playoff spot. I expect Coach Yates will have Huntington ready to play. Streaks will have to play stout defense, limit the big play, and eliminate mistakes on offense. Go Streaks!

I thought the Red Streaks played very well last night, especially on defense. Great coverage by the backfield, which allowed the defensive front to put relentless pressure on the Oaks QB. Had to have around a dozen sacks. Too many penalties on the Streaks though.

He has a lot of growing up to do. We’ll see if all of the off-season noise translates into on the field production.

Wheelersburg did a great job of controlling the tempo. Chesapeake wanted to speed it up, but didn’t make enough shots to do so. Seemed to settle for 3’s early on when driving to the basket would have been a better idea.
