Can someone give me a breakdown on Federal Hocking? I loved Tariq Cottrill last year when he came off the bench. Outside of him, I am not as familiar with the team now. I know they lost to Caldwell early in a tight game but that was the first game of the year.

Screen was definitely a foul, no matter the situation. If you are take steps at someone to screen them without established position, it probably should be a foul.
