Other conferences in the area had gone to that format, and I think the OVC decided to just fall in line with that.

As long as your playing quality baseball at a high level, it doesn't matter.

Sounds like a big conflict to me, especially if its during the season. Getting paid for extra time with your own players? What about the players who can't afford that extra time?

Gallipolis beat Coal Grove last night giving the Blue Devils a lead in the OVC with a conferenc record (I think) of 8-3, and Coal Grove now 7-4. There just aren't a lot of quality umpires out there any more, Don't know why, but I've seen some pretty bad ones this year already. The problem is, sometimes these guys are changing outcomes of games. I understand everybody is human, but, jeeez, I agree with you guys.
