bronc - Did you see what Army posted ALL last offseason? I don't usually resort to that kind of "chest thumping," but I make a rare exception for Army. I saw the score "31-21" and guarentees of a Cav win at Logan from week 3 of 2006 all the way through week 2 of 2007. You get Arm...

Army -

I'll come to the basketball game if you come to the league track meet and watch the Chiefs run CIRCLES around, out throw, and jump over your little Cavs.

Deal?

And support my kids school, Chillicothe who still owns you all. Now THAT is funny on two levels. 1) You support the kids (unless they lose, then you dissapear like you did pretty much all of hte 2007 season when the Cavs were struggling and 2) You own Logan? HAHA, maybe you forgot 47-18? Logan OWNS...

The thread says "Logan Football 2008" not "GAHS Football 2008."

Here's my outlook, position by position: Offense QB - Pat Angle will be the man here after getting SOME experience last year. He has shown to be a good passer and more mobile than his brother. Obviously, Mike left some big shoes to fill in terms of wins and his experience will be missed. But Pat is ...

Still better than Chillicothe's 4-6 mark from this year.

47-18. Enjoy the summer.

The league better be much better for that to be true. Logan will be as good or better next season than they were this year.

2008 will be a new season. Get over it, Because that's what you did last year! I hard to hear your crap ALL last season and all off season. You're just like Ironton. You can dish it out, but you can't take it! LOL, I'm laughing again. Army, you are a trash talker, and worse, a fairweather fan. I'm ...

Can you count the times Chillicothe was at the 20 yard line verses Logan in this years game and couldn't get 1 point. I see Army is keeping the "Excuse Store" open in Chillicothe. First it's the refs, then it's the coaches, now it's "well we ALMOST" Only you could turn a 47-18 g...

Lot's of possibilities for next season. Just like last year, the best part will be all the competition at nearly every position. Tons of talented kids from the undefeated JV team will be looking earn some PT on Friday nights, and there are some pretty darn good athletes in the Freshman class that wi...

Logan is NOT on the Portsmouth schedule for '08. The Chiefs lose Jackson and Gallia as league games and get Jackson and Chillicothe instead. Trojans will be competitive. It's hard to win championships with sophomores, but I think that the Trojans will give everyone a run for their money. Best of luck!

Some league teams have added other league teams. Logan replaced Athens w/ Gallia Academy in week 4.

I think one problem would be that only one school has a bye each week, GAHS must have moved their week 4 league game to week 3.

I would much rather be successful in multiple sports rather than just one. Not a problem in Logan. Look at the Track program. Sent four athletes in five events to the state track meet last spring including two who finished on the podium. The other three of them were retrurning to the state meet for...

Great point. You don't see a ton of Zone Blocking at the HS level, and that makes it very hard to prepare for. It's obvious why Tri-Valley could do the things they did.

They have a great team, I wish them the best of luck next week against Louisville!
