I wonder how this will work with districts, regionals, etc. will they wait until the regionals to host the Convo? Will the regular season be extended or the state tournament happen sooner. This could be interesting.

Hope they made the best choice. There were a few younger guys with very good resumes who were committed to revamping the program from the bottom to the top. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I think they missed the boat on this one could have had some young coach. This program needs someone 24/7 ...

I was there at the beginning of the season and I agree. I think the old gym is bigger, even with seating on one side.

Rock Hill has hired Tony Love as their head football coach. Coach Love was Ashland’s head coach for nine seasons posting an 81-29 record, including a state championship in 2020. He retired in 2021. I’m glad Rock Hill went out for this one. This seems like a home run hire in my opinion.

Tony Love (former Ashland Coach) was hired. A home run hire in my book. He led Ashland to state in 2020.

I will say it's more of a compliment than an insult that there are no teams from the OVC in the Elite 8. They keep beating each other up for that championship which makes for an exciting season! The only way I'll be salty is if the OVC Champion isn't at least #8, lol
