Close loss to Dublin Jerome. 43-40 was the final. Was told it was a closely contested game throughout!

Re: 2018-19 Logan

53-44 loss to Lancaster. First half was competitive. Second half was all Lancaster with good halftime adjustments. Now 6 losses in a row for the Lady Chiefs.

Anna Hartiq (spelling?) is a really nice players for the Lady Gales.

57-51 loss to Westerville North. Freshman Brooklyn Harris got the start for the Lady Chiefs.

Was a winnable game and we definitely had our chances. Fix it and be ready for the next game.

Re: 2018-19 Logan

Harris just needs a couple years under her belt. Noticed the underclassmen are struggling a bit. This AD usually doesn’t allow coaches more than a year or two if the parents want different, so it’ll be up to the parents. The underclassmen are struggling. They look disengaged. But, they have a lot b...

Re: SCOH50's Power 8 Rankings for South Eastern/South Central Ohio

Yes I consider them in our area, but they are currently 3-3 on the season. And this is based on what teams are doing right now, not future, not the past, so as of DEC 15th when I did this, its what I think. Like I said a lot of ball to play, Fairland had 2 games canx'll will make up later date. Tha...

Re: Chadwell to New Lex

What's the word on how the New Lex girls team is doing under Coach Chadwell so far this season ? PFloyd, went to watch them today against Sheridan as 3 of the top 10 players in the SE (Sammons from New Lexington and Cooke, Mick from Sheridan) were taking the floor. This game did not disappoint! Re: 2018-19 Logan

SEF don't be so hard on the ladies. DC will win 20 games this year above the Lancaster-Dixon line. It is never a bad thing to lose to a better team. Learn and beat the next team. Not trying to be hard on them. I’m just disappointed I guess in what this administration has done to Athletics here at L...

Re: 2018-19 Logan

Made the long trip to Dublin last night. Wanted to see the Sheldon girl (Ohio State commit). This one was over before the first quarter was over and maybe even before the first quarter started. 76-41 Dublin Coffman with the win. We looked outmatched, outcoached, and outplayed. I’m thinking this was ...

Re: 2018-19 Logan

Tale of two halves last night. The Chieftains led by I think as many as 10 in the first half before losing by around 20. Halftime adjustments were definitely won by Gahamna as Logan looked bad in the second half. I thought it was going to be a big time win for the first home game of the season. Emil...

Re: 2018-19 Logan

55-45 win today over Dublin Scioto. Thought we looked pretty good at times but pretty poor at some times as well. But, first game of the season we should be happy with it! Balanced scoring as well, which we will need all season to win games. We don’t have that kid that can go get 20 on any given nig...

Re: 2018-19 Logan

I was told they beat Canal but Canal’s starters were out? Still, good win. I haven’t heard anything from Warren.

We played Westerville South this week and it was ugly.

Do we have anymore before season? One week away!

Re: Top 10 players in SE Ohio..

Thought Harper was a senior. My bad! How long isn’t Arden out? Since Sheridan and Circleville play in the SE district, I included them on the list. Mya Jackson isn’t SE or I would definitely have her on the list. Does anybody know if they have any games this way? I’d like to watch her play! Great co...

Re: Top 10 players in SE Ohio..

Ok. Put together a list of kids in SE that I think are going to have at least big impacts on their teams if nothing else. Did a little research though I’ve seen a lot of these kids and heard of almost all. Sorry if I missed anybody, add them to the list! :) Honorable Mention (no order): Zoiee Smith ...

Re: 2108-19 Logan

What do we have coming back this year? The Starlin kid is our lone returning big time player as Sammons, Davis, and Lunsford all left. We will be old but struggles will come as not many of the seniors have big minutes. Eggleston and Thompson will need to be ready quickly if the girls are going to b...

Not our best game but I thought we played competitive. With this loss we say goodbye to several seniors including the very talented Rachel Pierce. Good season ladies!

Re: JV Game cancelled Sat. Oct. 13 due to no available officials/referees

I’ve done many lower levels games for years. Now you have to get certified and pay money to do that now. I get that for liability reasons, but many of us did this to help local schools. We had no desire to do varsity games and now there’s a shortage of officials in many sports. Money grabbing OHSAA...
