Re: Weight Lifting

That aint nothin. We had a kid here in Racine we all called the Whopper. I saw him once pick up the front end of a D-9 dozer. He would have crushed that state record but we weasnt allowed to lift waits because it throws off yer shot. But that boy was country strong. He lead us to five straight unde...

I think Tom does the ref hiring himself.

I keep hearing "Hutch," or "Dutch" or whatever. Personally, I like "Dutch" over "Hutch." Anyone know anything about this "Dutch" character and what he'll bring to the program when he takes over?

Looks like a lot of people are calling for the resurrection of the "Dutch" era. So, let me be the first to stay, bring back "Dutch," bring back "Dutch"... :D

Re: Southern v Eastern: The Aftermath

Identify where Coach Wolfe was criticized. If you mean where another poster stated in facts in which he left Southern, and coached at other schools, yes I did agree with that statement. The facts. Coach Wolfe definitely coached some great teams in the past. Which is exactly that, in the past. Holds...

Re: Southern v Eastern: The Aftermath

Oh so you're Carl Wolfe? If not, then please let us know when you took a team to the state championship. I'm not the one on here hating, nor winning the prize for hating on a hall of fame coach. That would be you and your hero. So, when did you take a team to nearly win the whole state since you're...

Don't try and reason with idiots baseball16. Facts are not of import to morons. I see, haters abound. So, what years did you two prize winners take teams on a long tourny run and almost win the state? Oh so you're Carl Wolfe? If not, then please let us know when you took a team to the state champio...

Re: Southern v Eastern: The Aftermath

We need a leader that really wants to be here and not looking for other jobs. Back in the state days coach ( Carl) Wolfe was in it for the long haul and the players and community knew that. I guess that is why he left and went to Waverly, Clay, Meigs, and I am sure I am missing 1 or 2 other schools...

Can't believe the Does got thumped by that team. Is it time for a change? I mean, when your coach looks for a job elsewhere in the off season is he really fully invested in the program? Racine is 0-2 vs. county schools. Not good.

Hill already said in the newspaper he would run run a man-To-man defense and not a 1-3-1 zone. Meigs fanss do not like the 1-3-1 zone.
So, he's already caving to the fans/parents huh? See, they should have hired Bart.
Wasn’t he the pressurer? Lol

Re: 2018 Wahama Falcons Football Outlook

Does Wahama have a coach yet? Word out of Mason is they're going without a coach this year. Their plan is to have parents coach from the stands. Apparently there is a plethora of knowledgeable folks over there who have kids on the team. They've been clamoring since the days of Ed Cromley that they ...

Hearing they made a decision but don’t wanna post until it’s official. In other news who will be the next Southern girls coach? Heard Eastern hired or is going to hire Newland to do both football and basketball. Good move, that way there won't be the the competition between coaches for the players ...

Re: Who will replace Ed Fry at Meigs?

Parents know best If the parent was good little Johnny is probably pretty good too Gallia County has shown that time and again I think a big first step would be for the new coach to call all the parents in and get some insight on what offense and defense they should be running Hill already said in ...
