Clay was up 4-0 with 18 to play and the only call my by the one ref was a red card on the Clay goalie. I have watched HS soccer for 8 seasons and never seen any kind of a card given on a 1 v 1 where the goalie goes after the ball.

I guess at this point, Ironton SJ only participates in boys soccer, boys/girls basketball, baseball and softball in the SOC.

Ironton SJ has never fielded a softball team since joining the SOC.

Metzler's social media pages has switched back to ND, If he is back at ND they will be at the top of the league. It should be a fun season, lets just hope everyone stays health during Fall sports season.

I watched several SOC 1 games this season and POY should have been a 2 player race, Detwiller and Bazler.

Claire Detwiller was 1st team all district and 2nd team all state but not POY in the SOC 1... How does that happen?

This is what I expected at the start of the season, can Clay win a home game vs ND for a share of the league title? The 1st game was not a good showing for Clay, however if they can play like they did last night vs South Webster it should be a good one.

Looking like SOC I is turning into a 2 team race.
