Several kids spoke out about the head coach not having any discipline and kids cussing the coach with nothing being done. I believe his family spoke out and one player QB said that all the kids love him and want him back. If the cussing is going on and that is true then something should be done ASAP...

I was looking at Facebook last night and every time someone does not agree with the Burcham they go crazy about coaching moves. Where were they when they ran Triplett away from Ironton? No where to be seen but behind the seen's they were removing all the playbooks films, etc.

I would agree but I looked at the Ironton website and that job was poster 12/09/17. I believe and the assistant job is open to.

The BOE put all coaches on notice that their jobs would be under review along with their staffs. I asked was that an official announcement? No the 2 said but after the meeting Tuesday and what happened to the baseball coach they should all know now.

The super is stepping down. Also the BOE said there are other contracts under review at this time. They will be discussed at the next BOE meeting.

I heard all the contracts are going to be looked at starting with the Super. If they don't get to the football contracts they will take them up the next meeting. This was straight from a BOE Member.

Called the School to see if the job was open and they said they were looking internally first before going outside. I think that is a poor way to go about finding the right coach.

BOE meeting Tuesday if you want a change need to attend the meeting. I have finished my coaching carrier and have been part of the Tiger Staff. This Staff is a mess with so many family members and un qualified coaches.
