In my opinion, it has been more than a few bad years.

Drew Pasteur's latest update has Ironton with slightly less than a 50-50 chance to make the playoffs, assuming the Fighting Tigers win out.

According to WIRO, the last time Ironton started 0-3 was indeed 1968. In fact, I believe Ironton started 0-5 that year, before beating Nelsonville-York and finishing 1-7-2

An Ironton loss to Russell would do serious damage to Ironton's playoff chances.
