Well I watched this and was in tears that our country has come to this...we are quick to take care of other countries but cannot and will not take care of our own people! we all think our lives are bad and then we see something like this to wake us up and make us quite wallowing in our sorrows...eve...

life back on track lost 2lbs this week back to 5.8 from 100 and 39.8 away from my final goal!!!!

scary how much calories fats etc are in stuff when you start being serious about your health and weight loss! I about stoked out when I read what I had been eating a day...

well I need to change something not sure what yet watched all the food I ate...and gained a pound nothing bad passed the lips so I will work on that and head onto the 100lb mark next week

was in the high 2.60's yesterday jumped to 2.85 diesel 3.19 get ready the prices in the stores will be rising but not our paychecks...

picking my first cucumber later today bell peppers forming...onions yummy lettuce was a bust it was bitter....even the little stuff tomatoes tall and full of blooms and tomatoes...cabbage the bugs liked it best... next year I'm expanding for green beans and potatoes....

down 1.6lbs this week I am only 5.8 away from 100lbs and 42.8 from my final goal!!

after a gain last week of 2.4 I'm down 2 of it this week...so onward to 100 I'm only 7.4 away

I have lettuce and onions ready cucumbers blooming blooms on the tomato plants one tomato on peppers and cabbage growing i am so excited! Green Acres is the place for me Farm living is the life for me!!
