Re: Chillicothe Boys Team 2008?

Basil will be one of the best players southeast Ohio has seen in quite some time.

Re: Big Trade

I would agree, the Bulls got the better end of the trade. But lets not get too excited, Joakim Noah is not the same in the NBA.

Re: Big Trade

this actually isnt a bad trade. hughes wasnt doing much for the cavs and i especially like the acquisition of Wallace and Szcerbiak (sp?). i would like to have seen them get rid of Z instead of Gooden but beggers cant be choosers i guess. i like it. I agree, I would have rather traded Z than Gooden.

Re: Big Trade

I don't think anybody is going to miss Larry Hughes. Drew Gooden will be missed. This is a completely different Cavs team now with Ben Wallace, I just hope Wallace can get back to the level he was playing at a couple of years ago.

NBA All-Star weekend is so much more exciting than the Pro Bowl.

I agree, the Pro Bowl is 100% lame. I'm sure that Adrian Peterson couldn't afford a new car. That always makes me mad, when they give atheletes brand new vehicles, as if they need another set of wheels to add to their fleet.

Howard is good, but Kobe, Lebron, Vince Carter, T Mac would be better. Nobody cares about that Moon guy or Gerald Green.

Dwight Howard was pretty good, but the Superman dunk wasnt actually a dunk it was a layup. The rest of the guys we have seen MJ, Dominic, Vince Carter, and others do the same dunks without help. I totally agree, it's not called the "throw the ball in the basket contest from five feet away"...

im not sure one can go that far, but the NFC is definately improving. There hasn't been a consistanly impressive team from the NFC like the Patriots or Colts. I think the Cowboys are going to be very good for next couple of years.

Pro Bowl

I was very pleased to see Adrian "All Day" Peterson win this years Pro Bowl MVP. It is one of many trophies he will win in his career. It was nice to see the NFC win for a change too, they did have the best running back in the league on their team.

This is the a very stupid move by the Suns. Marion was an excellent offensive and defensive presence. If Shaq ever gets healthy he will slow down their offense.

I disagree, Brown has been underachieving his entire career. The Lakers just became one of the hottest teams in the NBA. Kobe, Pau, Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum, Jordan Farmar, Luke Walton. This will be a very good team.

Fan votes should not be as important as they are. Yao isn't playing like the best Center, I wouldn't even put him in my top three.

NBA All-Star Game

I went to vote and realized that it was impossible to vote for only two guards in the West. Nash, McGrady, Kobe, Baron Davis, Chris Paul, Tony Parker, Jason Terry, Brandon Roy, the list goes on. As much as most people seem to hate All-Star games, I plan to be watching. At least the first two hundred...

His receivers did drop a lot of passes, but he needs to learn to throw the ball away. It's always about making the highlight reel.

The Knicks are already spending way too much on their players. Any team that picks Lebron up would have to give up so many players. I agree, Steven A Smith is a douche.

That play by Crosby was sweet, when he flicked the puck over the defender. It is amazing what he is doing at such a young age.
