Div.111 boys lost by about 10, Div.111 girls lost by 2. The local kids did well, Kenzie Rucker was MVP for the girls, Kyle Webb finished with 18 and Nathan Copley won the 3 point contest at the half.

This may be one of the better lines they've had in a few years, as far as skilled positions they should be OK with Hintz, West, Brown, Brock, Nichols. Lindsey will do a fine job at QB, he's smart and rarely will make a mistake. This team should be improved.

Hey GAHS it doesn't hurt when you have 38 kids out either. Coach must be doing something right.

Just happened by the weight room the other day and it was good to see 30 plus kids hitting the weights, Coach Ball has got them lifting hard, looks like young team of last year has grown a bit. Keep up the hard work.

The point with 2 losses to the peake, 1 to RV, 2 to Ashland and 1 to Green. If they could ever hit Ally I would say the Pointers have a good chance, but I don't think so.

No one said he wasn't a great coach, just that he wasn't the ideal represenative of West with the way he treats players and fans. If that is how you want your kids and fans from other schools treated then so be it. Hey Bob Knight was a great coach also but look where he is.

The arrogance from West always shines through. If it meant letting the kids and fans from opposing teams get cussed and belittled I guess we are way better off.

West will be better off.

The dragons are quicker but the NA big guys are a little better. Fairland's big kids are scrappy and play hard similar to the peake. Nothing like the Portsmouth big kid, he's tough. I guess if you consider 6-2 (peake-dragons) a big man.

From a panther standpoint with us pounding Portsmouth and taking 2 of 3 from the Dragons, I would say that this will be a very good close matchup because the Dragons are so fast, and if Cole is hot look out because the Dragons can be tough.
