I've been told Shawnee has offered him a full ride, but then also teams like OU, and D2, D3 schools are in the mix.

In my opinion, Derek has to go down as the greatest athlete in Wheelersburg history.

Burg over Waverly 3-2 in 17 innings! Moore threw 16 innings with 17 K's. big home run by Sam Robinson and walk off single by Dylan Miller!! Burg wins S.O.C. for the 9th straight year! Now 20-4 and 12-0 in S.O.C.

Moore also helped himself out by hitting a 2 run home run also!

Burg won 9-4. Both teams look to be very strong this year!

Thoughts on the the upcoming season??

Eddie Miller will lead the Pirates to their first SOC since 2010! Look for him and the pirates to be explosive and for Eddie to have another career year!!!

Season is getting closer! Tough schedule should be another great year for the Pirates!!

Eddie Miller should be player of the year no questions asked. Broke many records this year and had a great overall season! Also, being named District V offensive player of the year should help too.

Correction Eddie ran 1 TD and threw 4 in two quarters of play..

Either way I still feel that Burg is the team to beat.
