Re: Notre Dame vs. Michigan
O Dubs isn't color blind there's only one. Big blue team and that Michigan...this will be a very close game between the Irish and Michigan. Denard look alot like Pat White last Saturday...I am very happy to see the RR offense after two long years. After watching both games Michigan should load the ...

Re: Week 3 Ironton @ Chillicothe
I can't wait for this game, mainly because it's just a stop on my way to Columbus to see the main attraction. I picked us to win handily over a lower Russell team last week, and that didn't happen. So I'm going to be a little more humble this week. Ironton 42 Chilli 7 Ehhhhhhh, not so humble. GO TI...

Re: How well will Oak Hill finish?
I think they have to beat Minford at Minford to hold any chance of going to the playoffs. As strange as this may sound, Wheelersburg at 8-2 or even 7-3 my have more points than a 9-1 Oak Hill team. The schedule is pretty weak.

Re: Burg fans...Ironton and Oak Hill
Sad thing is, the Oak Hill-Ironton matchup, could have happened. Both were open week 9 at one time. THIS^^^ Yes a shame this didnt happen. BUT looking from the Oaks standpoint ---This wouldnt have helped Oak Hills confidence going into playoffs. Probably would rather come into the playoffs with A C...

Re: Week 3 Ironton @ Chillicothe
everyone Ive talked to from Ironton says this is the best team Lutz has had, so this should be over before the bands take the field If those "Ironton Posters" are saying this Ironton team is the best in Lutz' history, you may want to pull those Oxy's out of their hand and get them off the...

Re: Week 3 Portsmouth @ Wheelersburg
First off, please dont "pirate" this thread into a Oak Hill-Ironton thread. The Oaks had their chance at the tigers in week 9 and they opted out. The loser of this game is out of the playoffs, in my opinion. Portsmouth will have to close the season at Marietta, at Gallipolis and then home ...

Re: Week 3 Ironton @ Chillicothe
I dont understand all of this talk about how "good ironton was/is supposed to be." What was all of the hype based on? Ironton lost two defensive ends and two linebackers on defense. When you play the 5-2 these 4 positions are extremely important. Ironton is also playing a new quarterback a...

Re: Opening Night Stunner, Utah knocks off #15 Pitt in OT
I think an average Michigan team exposed the Big East this week. Pitt lost to Utah and Cincy lost. A long long year for a very weak conference.

Paladin,
Little doubt in my mind that Logan will end up at worse 7-3. Can they make the playoffs at 8-2, with the SEOAL being down so much this season?

Re: Opening Night Stunner, Utah knocks off #15 Pitt in OT
Vegas was not "stunned" as they had this one right on the nose. Utah, playing at home, was a 3 point favorite. How long will they milk this "lil sister" act in Utah? Utah has been relevant for 6-8 years now. Beatting a mediocre Big East team isn't that big of a deal.

I'll bet you a 100 bucks right now Ironton doesn't beat the Trojans in the COLISEUM! Fido, Maybe the stadium isnt called the Coliseum, but if you are willing to bet $100 straight up on the Ironton/ Portsmouth Varsity football game to be played in the regular season of 2010, I'll take that bet. PM m...

Re: New Ironton vs. Logan series: Will this happen?
Ironton=Notre Dame Logan = Ohio State I am sorry, but that has to be the dumbest comparison in history. That coming from a guy who usually posts very intelligently. Has Logan bested Ironton of late? No question. However to say Ironton has become Notre Dame? Not sure i get that comparison. Ironton ha...

Re: Division IV: Region 15
Hartley looks to be strong this season. They will play a very tough schedule as well. They travel to Ironton in week 6 I believe. That will be a playoff atmosphere in Ironton. I also like Coshocton to be a factor in this race. Dont be fooled by their game with East Knox. East Knox is small, but regu...
