SVC is not strong, it's very strong. Solid foundation going back decades and decades. It does have a solid foundation and is strong and competitive league but other than some spring sports overall it is an average league. Easily the best Volleyball league that I know of. Overall just as good as any...

To quote Judas Priest, AC has "got another thing coming" with HP. They simply do not match up well. Maybe if the Aces were in power football with dominant blocking could they pull the upset, but their offense is not going to get much going on Saturday running out of the spread. HP defense...

It depends on how you look at it. Their schedule is brutal. The St. Charles loss I’m sure is disappointing. Good luck to our friends in Athens, but I believe we'll see that the district was down this season in Division II. Hope they prove me wrong.

Congratulations to Vinton County. The Vikings went through a very tough road and looked impressive doing so. Good luck at state.

Think we are headed toward a Sheridan vs. Vinton County regional final. I have VC by five.

Pretty sure they just put rebounded MT Logan Elm outrebounded MT by around 4-5, but it was 20-8 through the first three quarters. The game was out of hand going into the fourth and there was some substituting. I wasn't too impressed with MT, but I know Unioto will present different challenges. Look...

The key for us is controlling the glass. We HAVE to attack the boards with anger like we did vs Athens. I watched ZT beat LE at their place last year and I feel we have similar talent to that ZT team. They did it by controlling the glass and having athletic size. We have that also but we have to co...
