Waverly 8th Grade is solid. They have many quality travel ball players with good skills. They went 17-1 last season and just won their season opener over a quality Fayetteville team with several travel ball players out of the Cincinnati area. I truly feel this group will do well moving forward.

Who won between west union and north adams 8th?

If I remember correctly the Waverly 8th grade group as 7th graders beat Northwest 44-22 last season. This is quite an improvement by this Northwest team! That just goes to show how important good coaching is at the junior high level. Nice win Northwest 8th!

Looks like ironton 8th will be hard to beat this year! They have a lot of talent and very good coaching!

I've seen both teams play....... Hartley - 42 Burg - 7 Me too!!! And you sir are deranged!!!!! After seeing how connected the burg offense is and having watched Hartley pretty much struggle against a slower defense than the burg I'd say this is a gimme for Wheelersburg !!!!!
