Yeah I'm not from Burg and appreciate all the good teams mentioned above. I coached at ND , I think Jason Gearheart is a great coach, As well as T Ruby , glad Ironton has a great team to follow as well. I just love the game.

If Ironton played Burg's schedule and conference that 2 K an inning would change drastically. I agree with much of that from above but not convinced I'd describe it as " much better pitching" Do they have an edge ? yeah but IMO it was due to entire schedule of playing much higher quality t...

How good is Ironton offensively? I'm not sure , not seen them play enough , but if they want to go deep and make a state run they need to greatly increase the quality of the schedule . The more you see good pitching the better chance you have to scratch out a few runs in a regional final or final 4...

Burg loses one of their better hitters .. Claxon , and I'm not convinced Burg is loaded with good hitters .. they have two great ones that were mentioned .. but placed against good pitching I'm not convinced the rest of the lineup is that great. Obviously Moore is fantastic .. inning by inning strike out updates is way over the top

tough loss , sounds like ND out hit them like 8-3 but didnt get the key hits.
