Curiosity kills the cat:
Where was new Lexington's team at the Deno, did they all lose twice and leave early?

Re: District Match ups
Hey D2 followers: What you folks sometimes forget is that the Mid-State League and the Muskingum Valley League play some very good VB. FU got to the District tournament last year with a team of FR's and Sophs after getting kicked around in their league badly last year. And while they were 8-11 at th...

Re: Baseball Rule Violations
Jervin,
You are quite right, though most of the time INF is a blatenly obvious call if you understand the purpose of the rule, to protect the offense from losing two outs on a play they only lose one out on.

Quest and White Hat (How can a White hat be blind? :122246 :122246 :122246) In HS baseball By rule, even after the play is over the umpires can call an infield fly, so if the 2B catches the ball or drops it, the umpire can still call the INF. Even after the play is totally over there is coverage in ...

Re: Baseball Rule Violations
To several other posters: As other have said, a Balk in HS Baseball means the ball is immediately dead. Most all other rules codes in 90' Baseball, NCAA and MLB, this is a delayed dead ball, meaning plays can happen after the balk if a pitch happens. Why did it take so long for the balk to be called...

Re: Baseball Rule Violations
RHMS, I am an umpire with a few years experience, so let me answer some questions: "On two separate occasions this season, two different umpiring crews did not correctly call the rule application that applies to a third strike on a batter whereas the pitch was either wild or a pass ball, while ...

Yes, we have spoken many times recently. Someone made a point on MVL Forum saying that the MVL is a weak league, Nl is a weak tea, and your league has played a bunch of playoff teams etc. Minford was one of the playoff teams that was brought up as showing your league plays good people, etc. That's w...

Hold on a minute
No MVL Forum fan dissed Westfall, it's school or stadium. No one really dissed your league either, even though there is some/a lot of evidence to show that your league is not very strong. But since you guys cruised through it, does it matter now? NL cruised through its league until weeks 8 and 9. Ob...

Please
Just keep thinking that NL is as good as Piketon. You are probably right, so tell the coach to start your JV and Freshmen against us. He's seen tape already so he knows you're right. We will try and keep it entertaining until halftime, and we have a really nice band you will enjoy listening to as yo...

Tropical Breeze
I grew up in NE Ohio, so I am familiar with Lake football, and NE Ohio FB as well. How many McKinley/Massilllon games have you seen? I believe that TV has the physical ability to play with Lake, what they did not have until Friday was the experience of playing a top-flight D2 team. Experience will t...
