No they did not and I have a theory as to why not. Waverly plays Marietta in the first round of the tourney and they where at Minford last night. Guess who else was there? You guessed it, coach Noble. Just a theory, i could be wrong

You need at least 2 very good pitchers to go deep in playoffs.. Burg has more than 2 very good ones and hopefully the whole pitching staff keeps firing on all cylinders to get us to June 8!!! Same with Minford. 2 pitchers got us to semi's. This year we have 4. May be a burg/Minford rematch at the VA!
