Thunder in the Valley is almost always on Easter weekend. Most schools are on Easter break that way the out of town teams can play that weekend. I am almost 100% certain it will be on Easter weekend next year. I believe it is scheduled for April 6-7.

It is ridiculous that softball is getting cancelled so a few girls can do track. Make a commitment to one sport....jmho

constantine if valley cancelled it was either for rain or to make up a conference game not so a few girls could go run track. ND has cancelled more than one game for track. What is funny that they have enough girls to practice (10- 12) but not enough to play a game.

SOC track meet won. ND cancelled due to the track meet.

Adena won 9-2. 0-0 until the fourth, clay had a few errors and adena scored 4 runs that inning. Without the errors clay would have gotten out of the inning with no runs being scored.

only got in the 2 o'clock games. One heavy rain that lasted 5 minutes cancelled the rest of friday's schedule. Saturday games were moved back to noon start. They will probably try to accomodate the out of town teams to make sure they get some games in.

I have seen several coaches or teams leave bases early to get outs called. Is it classy or classless? Depends on the situation and your view.
