Indoor All-Americans

Post by coach k »

I just saw some results from yesterday's NCAA DII meet, and there were a couple of former TVC athletes who scored at this meet.

Corey Vales (Findlay) from Federal Hocking finished 7th in the high jump with a jump of 6'10.25. I had seen earlier in the season he had cleared 7'.

Cheryl Bourne (Ashland) from Miller was on the 8th place distance medley team. She also competed in the pentathlon. She had a DNF in the 800, which dropped her scored. Had she matched her seeding, she would have been an all-american in this event as well.

Though not in the TVC, Kurt Roberts (Ashland) from Athens won the shot put and Leah Allen (Ashland) from Circleville was also on the distance medley team.

110 hurdles indoors lol....Btw Seth is good, not the best you've ever seen in years. He would agree on that statement.
