On March 11th, Green HIgh School will be hosting a throwing clinic from 10am to 2:30 pm. The shot put will be presented from 10am to 12 noon. A half hour lunch on your own then discus from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Well know throwing coach Rusty Smith will be the presenter. Rusty has coached world record holder and Gold medalist in the shot put Randy Barnes, along with Rio Olympian discus thrower, Chinwe Okoro , and many local talents to conference, district, regional and state championships. The event is open to athletes and coaches on all levels. Price per individual is $10. Shot Putters and Discus throwers attend things like this a lot.
Chillicothe has had one for awhile now.
Hope it is well attended.

Tons of athletes and coaches go to these types of things.

They don't go when it's held in Franklin Furnace. About 300 miles from all civilitzation

This can only help. Some throwers do not get to indoor meets during the winter and this will help come the 25th. Way better than just practice.

I know some who are planning on attending. Best throws coach around. My questions would be who is the little dog 16?

Why hasn't this person been back?

I was 300 miles from nowhere this morning, looked like about 50 athletes in the gym working on their throwing technique under the guidance of Coach Rusty Smith!
