If the wind stays down it will be a great day for the Rocky Boots. I should be heading out around 08:30.

Sad I am missing it. My son will be the one limping and trying to hide it.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Warren had a great day at the Rocky's. Came in 2nd behind the big boy Lancaster and a head of Parkersburg. Sayre had a very good day. Part of the winning 4x800 record setting win in the 1600 finished a close third in the 800.Yost as a freshman won the 400 and Lough came back to win the 300h after finishing second in the 110. The 1600 was a well played race for Sayre. Five boys jump out and separated themselves from the rest with Sayre hanging in the 5th spot. With 200 yards left he made a small kick to the outside showing he was about to make a move to third. With 80 yards left he was trying to pull up on the second man but that boy pushed for the lead. For about 20 yards #1 and 2 battle for 1st and then Sayre made his move going by the two, that looked like stay spent themselves, for the record setting win.

We had the best weather we've ever had yesterday! What a great day.
Lots of meet records fell yesterday!
Thanks to all who came out and watched a great meet.
It was a very very long day but it was well worth it.

With being well organized and the food alone with a great meet couldn't spend a much better day outdoors.

Once again a great meet early in the season. Well run and good competition. As a side bar, the burgers were great!
