Adena

Starting with the Relays Adena will have the 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 returning all four runners from their best time of 2023. The 4x800 will have three runners returning. With four runners returning the 4x100 and 4x200 will have the seventh best time. The 4x400 will have the eighth best time. The 100 hurdles will have K. Knisley with a top twenty time returning at 17.95. Kayla Grooms will be back with a time of 18.71. In the 300 hurdles two girls return with top twenty times. Lylah Canter at 53.35 and K. Grooms at 53.84. The 400 will have B. Bossert with a time of 1:03.52 and this is in the top twenty. K. Burns and Grace Townsend at 4' 10 are in the top twenty in the high jump. K. Sowers with a leap of 15' 07.25" is in the top twenty for the long jump. In the pole vault C. Robinson will be in the top ten with a vault of 10' 06" and K. Routte has a 9' 0". Don't see much in the 800, 1600 and the 3200. Discus and shot put will need some work to compete in the bigger meets. Adena looks to be one of three teams that should compete for the SVC with most of their points coming from Relays, sprints and Hurdles.

Alexander

Alexander will have everyone back for all relays. With four runners back the 4x100 has the twelfth best time, 4x200 twelfth, 4x400/4x800 the eleventh best time. In the 100 hurdles Megan Cheadle has a time of 18.03 which is in the top twenty. Monica Thompson has a throw of 100' 03" in the discus. Magan Cheadle comes back with leap of 14' 08.75 in the long jump. In the high jump E. Atha will bring a jump of 4' 06". K. Allison has a 1:07.80 in the 400. Megan Cheadle has a 53.01 300 hurdle time. P. Ashcraft will have a 2:46.20 in the 800. Shot put will see M. Hubbard with a 29' 00.50". 100, 200, 1600, 3200, Pole Vault will need some work. Relays will be where this team points come from. Don't see them finishing in the top three of the TVC.

Athens

The girls from Athens will also have all of their runners back in the relays. All relays have top ten times. The 100 hurdles will have one in the top ten with Alexa Reed at 16.96. Eva Riley has an 18.69. The 100 will have Bella Sutton with a 13.48. The 1600 should have Sophia Szolosi at 5:05.55 and Landis Corrigan with a 5:32.00 putting both in the top ten. In the 400 Jillian Bourgue has a 1:02.25 and Oliva Smart at 1:02.76 and they are both in the top ten. Long jump will have Abby Stroh with a leap of 15' 03.50" and this is in the top twenty. The 300 hurdles have Alexa Reed with a time of 48.32 in the top ten and Adelaide Littell with 50.57 in the top twenty. Abby Stroh brings a 4' 10" in the high jump. The 200 will see Bella Sutton at 27.80 and Jillian Bourque with 28.17. The pole vault shows Annamarie Montle with a 11' 10" vault and Ruby Krisher at 10' 00" both in the top ten. 3200 will have Sophia Szolosi with 10:57.25 and Landi Corrigan at 11:59.97 also both in the top ten. Don't see much in the shot put or the discus. Athens will get tons of points in the distant races and the relays. Outside of the Pole Vault the field events will be Athens' thorn. Depth might hurt in a few events. Should be some girls coming up from the middle school that could fit right in. Also, I heard that Davenport will be running this spring.

Belpre

Don't find too much for the Belpre girls. Samanna Wolfe has a 14.48 100. A 1:08.55 in the 400 and 2:47.24 in the 800.

Chesapeake

In the relays the 4x800 will have three back the 4x200 will have all four back 4x100 two back and the 4x400 has two back. The 100 hurdles will have a top ten girl back in Abby Isaacs with a 17.01 and in the 300 hurdles Erin Hicks will have a top twenty time with 51.16 and Abby Isaacs with a 52.55. The discus has Addison Maynard with a throw of 86' 00". Adison Lovely will have a leap of 15' 07.25" in the long jump which is in the top twenty and Lauren Pater has a 13' 04" leap. Lovely will also have a 4' 10" high jump. Shot put shows Addison Maynard with a toss of 37' 05.50" a top ten toss. The 400 has incoming freshman Samiya Bradburn with a 1:00.33 this is a top ten, Laila Wentz has a top twenty time with 1:03.89. The 800 also has Bradburn with a best time of her team with 2:34.00. Wentz has a 2:50.67 and Erin Lowe with a 2:54.19. Don't see much in the 1600/3200. The 100 will see Lauren Pater at 13.69. Bradburn will also be in the 200 with a time of 27.37 and Wentz at 29.44. Relays and hurdles will be the point getters for this team.

Chillicothe

The 4x100 will return one runner from last year. 4x200 returns two, 4x400 has two coming back. Their 4x800 will return three runners from a 10:05.07 time. The 100 hurdles will have two girls in the top twenty in Ista McNeal and Maggie Butler. McNeal will have a top ten time in the 300 hurdles. Savannah Knapp has a top ten time in the 100. Kiera Archer will return with a top ten time in the 200 along with Knapp in the top twenty. Archer will bring the #1 time back in the 400. The 800 has Alana McKenzie and Ali Mathis. In the 1600 Alana McKenzie returns with a top ten. McKenzie also has a top ten time in the 3200. Nyanna Hatfield will have a top twenty throw in the discus, Savannah Knapp has a top ten leap in the long jump, Sophia Mickey brings back a 4' 08" in the high jump. Looks like Chillicothe will get most of their points from Relays, Sprints and distance. Depth will hurt in a few events.

Circleville

Circleville will return three relay teams with all four runners back and all times are in the top ten of SEO. The relay team from the 4x800 will return three runners from one of the best times in SEO. The 100 hurdles will have Cora Wilson with a top ten time. Sydney Lattimer will have a top twenty time in the 300 hurdles. Kaylin Mankin will have good times in both of the 100/300 hurdles. Faith Yancy will have a top ten time in the 100 and Sydney Lattimer has a top twenty time. Yancy will also have a top ten time in the 200. The 400 has Bella Morningstar at 1:05.24. In the 800 Ellie Patrick and Maddux Bigam have top twenty times. Bigam has a top ten time in the 1600 and also in the 3200. Discus will have Addisyn Ndayitwayeko. Shot put has Taegan Retherford. The long jump has Sydney Lattimer with a top ten leap. Lattimer also has a 4' 08" high jump. In the pole vault Emma Groff and Payton Ford have top ten vaults. Circleville will be loaded for 2024. They have a great chance to score in every event against SEO teams.

Dawson/Bryant

Dawson-Bryant will have one of the better relay groups in SEO. The 4x100, 4x400 and 4x800 will have their four runners back along with three coming back for the 4x200. All four teams are in the top ten with their times. The hurdles will need a little help in the 100 with the 300 having Madison McDaniel with a top ten time. The 100 will have Madison McDaniel and Olivia Kingrey both in the top ten. The 200 will have four girls under 28.00 in McDaniel, Kylie Montgomery, Kingrey and Laura Hamm. The 400 will have three girls with times under 1:02.00 with Montgomery, Hamm and Kingrey. The 800 has Hamm in the top ten. Hamm will also have a top ten time in the 1600/3200. The discus will have two girls in the top twenty in Isabelle Wynn and Olivia Newman. Madison McDaniel will have a 14' 09.00 long jump. Rylie Myers will have a top ten in the high jump. Wynn and Newman will have tosses just outside the top twenty in the shot put. Relays, Sprints and distance will bring most of DBs points. They too could score in every event in most all SEO meets.

Eastern Bev.

11 of 16 girls will return in the relays. 4x100 has three returning. Two return in the 4x200. 4x400 will have three back and the 4x800 have three. Don't see much with the 100 hurdles. Christene Eing will do the 300. The 100 meters will see A. Nolen and Morgan Hardin. Same two will be in the 200. A. Nolen will be in the 400. G. Long and J. Ware are doing the 800. Long and Ware in the 1600. The 3200 will see Ware. Discus will have Sarabeth Cannady. Long jump will be Long. Hannah Allen has the shot put. Don't see much in the pole vault or high jump.


Eastern R.

4x200, 4x400 4x800 will have three runners returning. Don't see much on the 4x100. 100 hurdles will have A. Wells and she will run the 300 too. Addi Well and Kayla Sellers will do the 100 meters. L. Simpsson and K. Sellers are running the 200. L. Simpson with K. Sellers will run the 400. Don't see much for the 800, 1600 or the 3200. E. Hayes has a top ten throw in the discus at 116' 10". Long Jump doesn't show much. High jump has L. Simpson with a top ten jump of 4' 10". Hayes will do the shot put with a 30' 09.75" throw.

Eastern W.

Relays look very good with possible all sixteen girls return. All four relay teams have top twenty times coming back. The 100 hurdles should have Kaitlyn Colegate and Emma Copas with the 300 having Colegate and Sayde Rhoten. 100 meters will have Charity Buckamneer and Vivian Grimes. 200 will have E. Buckamneer with a 28.63 and C. Buckamneer. Tatum Grooms and K. Colegate will do the 400. B. Shular brings a 2:34.67 in the 800 and that is in the top twenty Emma Copas should be the #2 girl. Shular will also have a top 10 time 5:43.39 in the 1600 with Anne Grimes the #2 girl. The 3200 will also have Shular and she will have a 12:54.63 time which is a top twenty time. Emilee Moermond will have a top ten throw in the discus at 100' 11". C. Buckamneer and Addison Moran will be in the long jump. High jump has two girls at 4' 08" with C. Buckamneer and K. Colegate. Adison Moran should do some pole vaulting. Emilee Moermond has a top ten toss of 35' 04" in the shot put. With the #2 girl Ruthie Barron with a top twenty toss of 31' 10.25".


Fairfield

Relays look good 4x100 have four back and a top twenty time. 4x200 will have three returning from a top ten time of 2023. 4x400 was a top twenty time from 2023 that returns three. 4x800 is a top ten team with four coming back. Avery Teeters has a top ten time for the 100 hurdles and will also bring a top ten time in the 300 hurdles. Ginny Trent will be the #2 girl. The 100 meters should have Faith Donley and Madalyn Combs. 200 has Teeters and Madalyn Combs. Faith Donley will do the 400 with a top ten time. Trent will run the 800. 1600 will have Kennedy Zink and Ginny Trent. M. Wiseman will do the 3200. McKinley Cox has the discus. Adelia Butler will be in the long jump along with Mya McIntosh. Cheyenne Byler in the high jump and M. Cox is in the shot put.

Fairfield Christian

In the relays they will need to replace one girl in both 4x800 and the 4x200. The other two might be in for an overhaul. Don't find much in the hurdles. 100/200 will need help. Sarah Scott will return in the 400 with a top twenty time. Scott will also run the 800. The 1600 will have Audrey Sisco with a top twenty time and Evie Sparks should be the #2 girl. The 3200 will see Sisco with a top twenty time. The field events will be way down in 2024.



Fairfield Union

Relays could be called good to average. 4x200 will have two returning and the 4x100 has three returning. 4x400/4x800 have four returning from two very good relays. Both top notch in SEO. The 100 hurdles will have A. Cottrill with a top ten 16.35. A. Cottrill also has a top ten time in the 300 along with Kelsey Hawkins in the top twenty. Sarah Lepi will bring a top ten time in the 100. Lepi has a top twenty time in the 200. The 400 will have two girls return with times in the top ten Abigail Pike and Sarah Lepi. Anna Conrad will have a top ten time in the 800 along with Taylor Colopy with a top 20 time. The 1600 shows Anna Conrad with a top 10 time and Claire Wilkinson in the top twenty. Winters a top ten in the 3200 and Wilkinson in the top 20. Cottrill brings a top ten in the Long Jump. The pole vault will have Payton Ford in the top ten and Kelsey Hawkins in the top twenty. Fairfield Union might struggle in the Discus, shot put and high jump. A few events will have only one girl, but they will be near the top.

Fairland

4x100 will have all four runners back along with the 4x200. Neither one is in the top twenty. Their 4x400 will have three back from a very good time from a top ten time from 2023. Don't have much on their 4x800. Both 100 hurdles will have time in the 20s. Molly Dunlap will have a top ten time in the 300 hurdles. 100 times do not fall in the top twenty. 200 times are in the 28 plus area. Both girls in the 400 will be in the area of 1:04 and 1:05. The 800 has Dunlap with a top ten time. She will also have a top ten time in the 1600 and a top twenty time in the 3200. Savannah Perego has a top ten Discus and Avery Byers will be in the top twenty. Dunlap will also have a near 16'00" in the long jump. K. Still will be near the top twenty in the high jump. S. Perego has a top twenty throw in the shot put. Not much in the pole vault. The distance and field event will get Fairland their most points.

Fayetteville

Don't see much here....A. Beckler will be in the 200 and the 400. A. Deffner will run in the 80/1600. A. Jakeway will be in the long jump, shot put and the discus.


Federal Hocking

Relays will have several returning. The 4x100 will have three returning with Gilcher, Joy and E. Amlin. 4x200 will have four coming back Gilcher, Joy, Jarvis and Walker. 4x400 has four Jarvis, Joy, Ballew and O. Emlin. 4x800 is showing two returns in Ava Tolson and Piper Biesinger. The 100h will have Takira Walker with an 18.91. Walker will also have a 56.62 for the 300 hurdles. In the sprints T. Walker and Stella Gilcher will run the 100 with Addison Joy having a 28.65 for the 200. Kara Jarvis will run the 400. In the distance don't see anyone in the 800. Biesinger in the 1600 along with Ava Tolson. Emma Lucas should be in the 3200. The field events will have Havala Biesinger in the shot put, Ballew in the Long jump she will also be in the high jump with a top ten jump at 5' 00". Tolson will also be in the high jump. Stella Gilcher will have a top ten vault in the pole vault. E. Amlin will pole vault too.

Fisher Catholic

4x100 will have four coming back. 4x200 three, 4x400 four with a top ten time and the 4x800 will have four coming back from a top ten time. In the 100 hurdles Abby Krooner will have a top ten time. Krooner will also have a top twenty time in the 300 hurdles. Kierra Sexton will run the 100, The 200 will have Sydney Snoke and Charli Gillum, the 400 will see R. Hagy with a top ten time and Charli Gillum will also run. Hagy will have a top ten time in the 800. Ava Albert will be in the 800 too. The 1600 has Hagy with another top ten time and Albert will be a runner. Ava Albert will have a top ten time in the 3200 with Maggie Murphy being the second girl. Kierra Sexton and Alyssa Hall will be in the discus, Abby Krooner will be in the long jump, Abigail Crabtree will be in the High jump. Pole vault will have Sexton and Hall will be in the Shot put.

Fort Frye

The relay teams look to be in good shape with 4x100 returning three, 4x200 returns three, 4x400 three and the 4x800 will return four with a 10:34.56 from 2023. The 100 hurdles will have Maggie Fulton and Maria Duff. The 300 hurdles will have Duff and A. Huck. Emme Richards will run the 100 meters she will also do the 200 and the 400. Kyndal Buchanan will be #2 in the 400. A Huck and Natalie Rauch should be one/two in the 800. Cadence Waller and Laine Spindler are the 1600 girls. The 3200 should have the same two girls has the 1600. High jump will have a top ten girl with E. Richards. K. Buchanan has a top ten vault for the pole vault. Olivia Lang will come in with a near top twenty in the shot put. Don't see much in the Discus or long jump.

Gallia

Relays don't look strong, but they are far from bad. 4x100 has 2 back, 4x200 three, 4x400 three and the 4x800 three. Hurdles will see Carlee Saunders in the 100 and the 300. Don't see much in the 100. C. McCarty and M Bryant are in the 200. 400 doesn't show too much. E Hunt and B. Snedaker will be in the 800. Madison Clagg and Jill Montgomery in the 1600. The 3200 should see Clagg and E. Hunt. Long jump will have Makayla Bryant and Sophia Sola. Sola has a top ten jump, and T. Large will carry the high jump. Natalya Finney will do the shot put. Discus and the pole vault will be down.

Green

Relays don't seem to have too much 4x200 is the only one I find anything on, and it has four girls coming back with a time of 2:06.00. Nothing showing in the hurdles. E. Brown will be in the 100 meters. She will also be in the 200. M. Beal will do the 400. M. Brown has the 800. The 1600/3200 will see K. McInhenny. Emily Sanders will do the Discus. Sanders and Adams are in the shot put. M. Brown in the high jump and long jump.


Hillsboro

This team will have four very good relay teams 4x100 will have four girls back from a top ten 2023 team. 4x200 also has four back from a top ten team. 4x400 will have three back and the 4x800 has three back. The hurdles will have Kobie Miles in top ten 100h with a 17.17 and Kamryn Asbury as the #2 girl.. Miles will bring back a top twenty time from 2023 in the 300 Asbury will also be the #2 girl. In the 100 meters Allison Browning, will be carrying the load. 200 shows Olivia Covault with a top twenty time. A. Hudson is the #2 girl. The 400 will see Covault with a top ten time and Jailyn Williams with a top twenty time. Jailyn Williams will have a top ten time in the 800 and T. Thoroman a top twenty time. The 1600 has Taylor Thoroman with a top twenty time. Williams and Bree Bailey will also run the 1600. T. Thoroman has a top ten time in the 3200 and R. Haines has a top twenty time. A. Cumberland will have a top ten throw in the discus and will be throwing the shot put with a near top twenty throw. G. Thoroman will be in the top ten in the long jump with A. Browning the #2 girl. G. Thoroman has a top ten high jump and Ramsey Haines is not far behind. Not much in the pole vault.

Ironton

Ironton will have good relay teams this spring. The 4x100 has all four girls back from a top twenty 2023 team. 4x200 will also have their four girls back from a 2023 top twenty team. 4x400 this is also a top twenty team with four returners. The 4x800 will be returning all four girls and they have a top ten team. The hurdles do not have a top twenty girl but will compete with Emerson White and Chasity Cecil in the 100 hurdles. Jada Turner will do the 300 hurdles. White will also run the 100 meters along with Emily Stoneroad. White and Payton Deer will do the 200. Deer and Lilly Lewis have the 400. Addison Neal and Alli Davis will be in the 800. Don't see too much in the 1600/3200. Kaegan Henderson will have a top twenty discus and the #2 girl will be Tashawna Young. The long jump will see Kiarah Cox and Emily Stoneroad. Chasity Cecil has a top ten high jump with Lancy Dressell being able to push 5' 00". Pole vaulters are Chasity Cecil and Tashawna Young. Shot put will have one of the best in Kaegan Henderson.

Jackson

Relays look to be in fine shape. 4x100 is a top ten team with three starters back. 4x200 has all four girls back and a top ten team. 4x400 All four back and also a top ten team. 4x800 Top ten back with four runners back. Incoming freshman Mapes could easily fill the 4th spot on the 4x100. The hurdles will have Rilie Kilgour a top ten hurdler. She will also have a top ten time in the 300 hurdles. Lea Willett should be the #2 girl. 100 meters will have Mapes at 13.20 with Sidney Carpenter the #2 girl. 200 also will have Mapes with a top ten time at 27.09 and Carpenter with a near top twenty time. The 400 will have Mapes with a near sub 1:00.00 plus Braelyn Brennan at the #2 spot. The 800 Has S. Fain and B. Brennan. The 1600 Shows Fain and Sydney Hughes. 3200 will need some help. Discus has Maddelyn Fannin. Long jump has a top twenty girl in S. Carpenter. High jump will be K. Fulton and Chloee Harris. Jackson doesn't do the pole vault.

Logan

Relays will be strong. The 4x100 has all four runners back with a top ten time. 4x200 has four runners back with a top ten time. All four runners will be back in the 4x400 with a top ten time. 4x800 fall the same way. The 100 hurdles will have D. Mahaffey back with a top ten time along with a near top 20 time with J. McVey. Mahaffey will have a top ten time in the 300 with J. McVey the #2 girl at a near top twenty. The 100 meters will have S. Pennington and E. Chilcote both top ten times. 200 will see Pennington a top ten time and K. Arnett a top twenty time. 400 has K. Arnett and A. Porter with top twenty times. 800 K Arnett will have a top ten time with K. Myers being the #2 girl. In the 1600 Carrington Coffell will have a top ten time and S. Hammack a top twenty time. The 3200 should see C. Coffill and K. Goss in the top ten along with S. Hammick.
The discus will have N. Pierce a top ten thrower and Ryann Landis the #2 girl. Long jump will have S. Pennington and K. Arnett both top ten jumpers. High jump will see Irene Harrah a top twenty with Madison Hankerson close behind. Chloe Sater will have a top ten vault in the pole vault Jesi Mason will be the #2 girl with a top twenty vault. Makinzie Daubenmire a top ten shot put thrower along with another top ten in Landis.

Logan Elm

Relays Should do okay. 4x100 will have four girls back from a top 20 time from 2023. 4x200 three will return from a top twenty time. The 4x400 has three girls back from a top ten time. 4x800 will have three girls back from a top ten time. 100 hurdles will have Kelsey Hawkins and the 300 has Katie Wilson. Don't see too much in the 100 meters. Clair King has a 28.55 in the 200 meters. Kimberly Petty will run the 400. The 800 has Vera Henderly a near top twenty time. Vera Henderly will have a top ten time of 5:31.28 for the 1600. The 3200 also has Henderly with a top ten time. Maggie Wilson shows a top ten toss of 108' 00" in the discus. Long jump has Claire King, and she will also do the high jump. King will have a top twenty vault in the pole vault. Bailey Reed will have a near top twenty in the shot put.

Lynchburg

4x100 will have four returning from a top twenty team. 4x200 has four coming back and is a top twenty team. 4x400 Didn't find too much about it. 4x800 will have four back. The 100 hurdles has Samantha Merry. The 300 will have Erin Dickman with a top twenty time and Heaven Garrett. The 100 meters will see Samantha Merry 200 Erin Dickman and Jyden Maxfield. Don't see much in the 400. Samantha Merry will run the 800. Claudia Etienne and Jayden Maxfield will run the 1600. Etienne runs the 3200. Pasha Garrett does the discus, Autumn Wilkin has a near top twenty Long jump, don't see anything in the high jump. Heaven Garret has a top twenty shot put.

Manchester

Relays don't look too bad. 4x100 has three runners returning with a near top twenty from 2023. The 4x200 will see all runners back from a top twenty time of last year. 4x400 will have all runners back. Couldn't find much on the 4x800. Madison Dunn and Abby Lucas will be in the 100 hurdles. The 300 hurdles has Addimae Padgett. Kylynn Zornes will be in the 100 meters. Taylor Ralston and Dunn are in the 200. Gabrielle Arnett and Madison Lejzerowicz will be doing the 400. 800 will have Emma Hurst and Lejzerowicz. 1600 will be Hurst. 3200 will also be Hurst. Jayden Breeze and Adalyn Hughes will toss the discus. Raegan Wikoff will be in the long jump.

Marietta

Relays look very good for 2024. 4x100 four girls back from a top ten from 2023. 4x200 will have three girls back from a team that also had a top ten time in 2023. 4x400 three back from a 2023 top ten. 4x800 four back and a top ten time. 100 hurdles will have Flora Burgardt with a top twenty time. 300 hurdles will see Izzy Becker with a top ten time. The 100 has Sadie Gray. The 200 will have Madison Hogue. Tors Dawson will be doing the 400. The 800 looks to have A. Gabczyk with a top twenty time. Gabczyk will also do the 1600 with a top twenty time and the 3200. High jump will have I. Becker with a top ten jump. Long jump will see S. Gray with a top twenty jump. Pole vault Rylea Durham with a top twenty vault. Shot put will have Aysia Burke with a top twenty jump. Discus will be Katelyn Schenkel.

McClain

Relays will be very strong for the McClain Girls. 4x100 will have three girls back from a top ten 2023 class. 4x200 four runners coming back from a top ten team. 4x400 Three girls return from a 2023 top ten team. 4x800
has four back from a top ten team. 100 hurdles has B. Wright returning and could be the best in SEO. Madalyn Giffin should be the #2 girl. Wright will also have a top ten time in the 300. L. Matesic will bring a top twenty time in the 100 meters with Kayie Cook at the #2 spot. The 200 has K. Cook and B. Bergstrom. B. Bergstrom gas a top twenty time in the 400. K. Jett has a top twenty time in the 800 with Katrina Sturgeon as the #2 girl. The 1600 will have B. Baldwin and Sierra Barton and these two girls will do the 3200. Lily Barnes is back in the discus with one of the best tosses in SEO and Leah Lovet is in the top twenty as the #2 girl. Luca Matesic has a top ten leap in the long jump and will have Addison Olaker as a #2 girl. Mylie Lovett and Anna Eikerherry will bring top ten jumps in the high jump. The pole vault will see B. Bergstrom a top ten and K. Cook a top twenty vaulter. L. Barnes and L. Lovett have two of the best throw in the shot put.

Meigs

Relays are sort of a question. 4x100 will have three back that had a top ten time in 2023. The same goes with the 4x200. The 4x400/4x800 have a lot to do. K. The 4x400 had a top ten team from 2023 that will return two. 4x800 has three back from a top ten. 100 hurdles Abigail Kavalchik returns and will also do the 300 hurdles. Zandra West will be the #2 girl in the 100 and Megan Brandt the #2 for the 300. K. Bennett and G. Shall will be in the 100 meters. Bennett B. Shall and Natalee Brown will come in with 28.00 plus times for the 200. The 400 will have a top ten time with Bennett and Shull has a top twenty time. The 800 will have Shull and L. Farrens. Shull will have a top twenty time in the 1600 and the 3200 will run Karley Hicks. Discus will see Sureya Lopes with a top ten toss with Emily Turner the #2 girl. Shot put has Lopez with a top twenty throw. High jump Bennett and L. Abare with top ten jumps. Long jump will see Shull with a near top twenty. Pole vault has Katherine McCallum with a top twenty vault and Zoey Barton as the #2 girl.

Minford

Relays look good. Should have 15 of the 16 girls back from teams that were in the top ten for 2023. 100/300 hurdles don't look good. 100 meters should have J. Pendelton and G. Coriell. 200 J. Pendelton and B. Hammonds will run this. 400 should have Lexi Pendelton and G. Coriell. 800. M. Pendelton. M. Pendelton will be in the 1600. Don't see anyone in the 3200. The discus looks like Tatum Coriell will do this. A. Cronin and Sara Willburn will be in the long jump. Baylee Hammonds will be in the high jump. T. Coriell will do the shot put.

Nelson/York

Out of the four relays the 4x400 looks like it will be okay, but the rest will have some work to do. In the 100 hurdles Chloee Vohlken will have a top twenty time and she will also do the 300. Trinity Shockey will have a top ten time in the 100 meters, and she will also have a top ten time in the 200. Felisha Hopstetter will run the 400. Don't see much in the 800. Alayna Okulich will be in the 1600. 3200 will need help. Kendra Monnin will have a top ten throw in the discus with Cali Papineau being the #2 girl. Long jump will have Chloee Vohlken and P. Stalder. A. Okulich and C. Fisk will be in the high jump. Don't see any vaulters. Kendra Monnin with a top twenty toss and A.J Knapp a near top twenty toss.


Notre Dame

Going to have to do a lot of work in the relays. Hurdles won't be showing much either. C. Mauk and Maddie Semones will be in the 100 meters. The 200 has S. Lansky. 400 will have C. Mauk and her time is in the top twenty. S. Lansky will also do the 400. In the 800 C. Mauk will have a top twenty time. Not much for the 1600
C. Mauk will also run the 3200. Maddie Semones will do the discus. Staci Lansky will do the high jump. Don't see too much in the rest of the field events.

North Adams

Relays will be strong. They have fourteen of their top sixteen relay girls back from all four teams having top ten times. 100 hurdles will need some work. Hunter Grooms returns with a 55.21 in the 300 hurdles. Taylor McIntire and Marissa Thiel return in the 100 meters. Tatum Grooms has a 29.37 in the 200 meters with Jaida Mason the #2 girl. T. Grooms and McKenna Shelton will be in the 400. The 800 will also have Grooms and Shelton. Shelton and Katelynn Boerger will do the 1600 and Shelton and T. McIntire will be in the 3200. Eden Bosko will have a near top twenty throw of 92' 09" in the Discus with McIntire at the second spot. H. Grooms will long jump. K. Boerger will have a near top twenty high jump at 4' 08". Bosko and T. Grooms will be in the shot put.

Northwest

Relays might be a problem this year with Northwest only having five spots out of sixteen on the four relays returning. 4x100, 4x400 and 4x800 just have one girl returning with the 4x200 having two coming back. 100 hurdles will have Halie Stockhem and Chelsea Kiser with Stockhem doing the 300 hurdles. Kaylee Johnson will be in the 100 meters. The 200 has C. Newman and S. Breech. Not much in the 400. 800 doesn't show much either. Olivia Thomson should run the 1600 and maybe the 3200. Hannah Jones and Lauren Flaugher in the Discus, Long jump should see Claire Newman a top twenty leaper. Nevach Hoople could be the #2 girl. C. Newman with a top ten high jump, Hannah Jones will be in the shot put. Don't see too much in the pole vault.


Oak Hill

Emma Dungan will run the 400. Alyssa Whitt will do the 200 and the high jump. T. Mullett and J. Brunton are in the Discus.

Paint Valley

Other than the 4x800 Paint Valley will not have a lot returning for 2024. With four returns in the 4x800 they should better last year's best of 10:50.94. 4x200 will have two returning, 4x100 has one returning and the 4x400 doesn't show any. 100/300 hurdle don't show much. 100 meters should have Holly Powers and Hayley McQuirt. 200 has Holly Powers and the 400 shows Karis Dye and Powers. Mackenzie Crum and Emma Knisley are in the 800. The 1600 will have M. Crum and E. Knisley. Crum will run the 3200. The discus will have Katie Grandstaff with a top ten toss and Keely Taylor backing her. Clarissa Burns is in the pole vault and Grandstaff has a top twenty throw of 32' 02.25" in the shot put.

Peebles

Relays do not look good. Couldn't find anything on any of them. 100 hurdles will have Kierra Scott and Elzabeth Gerth. Scott and Gerth will also do the 300. 100 meters has one of the best in SEO in Payton Johnson with a 12.58 and Lainee Barr will be the #2 girl. 200 will also have Johnson as one of the best with a 26.07. Johnson will do the 400 too with a 1:02.60. Angel Gray will be the #2 girls. S. Seas will be in the 800 with a top twenty time of 2:33.06. Samanth Seas does the 1600 at 5:22.99. Seas will also do the 3200 with a time of 11:24.08. Kiera Scott will do the discus, Payton Johnson has a 16' 11" long jump, A Gray does the high jump, Madee Henderson will be in the shot put.

Piketon

Relays might be average. 4x100 and 4x200 will have three girls back where the 4x400 and 4x800 will have one. The 100 hurdles will have a top twenty hurdler back in Alisabeth Taylor. Taylor and M. Armstrong will do the 300. Abigail Kingrey is doing the 100 meters. Shaelynn Tolliver and Raigan Stepp will be in the 200. Raigan Stepp has the 400. The 800 will have Callie Anderson and Abigail Durham. 1600 and the 3200 doesn't show much. A. Taylor and Olivia Farmer will do the discus. A. Taylor is in the long jump. High jump will have a top ten girl with A. Taylor with M. Armstrong as the #2 girl. The pole vault will have M. Armstrong with a top twenty vault. Morga Johnson and Madison Johnson looks like they will do the shot put.

Relays should do well with 15 of their girls coming back with the 4x100, 4x200 and the 4x400 with top twenty times. Not much in the 100 hurdles should see Riley Pinkerman in the 300. Kylee Dixon and Jermya Powell in the 100 meters, 200 should see K. Dixon and S. Kalb. E. Hall will be in the 400. L. Potts and A. Lott should be doing the 800. Potts and Lotts in the 1600, 3200 doesn't show too much. Jermya Powell will have a near top twenty in the Discus. Serenity Kalb and J. Josey are in the long jump. Bridget Mathers will see the pole vault. Jermya Powell will have a top ten throw in the shot put of 34' 10.50". Don't see much in the high jump.

Portsmouth West

Didn't find very much info on the relays. Hannah Hutchinson and Marissa Ginn will be doing the 100 hurdles. Hutchinson and K. Throckmorton should do the 300. Hutchinson will also do the 100 meters with Throckmorton and Ginn in the 200. Throckmorton and Kylee Pollitt are in the 400. Pollitt will be in the 800 with Pollitt and Jasmine Sargent doing the 1600. Don't see anyone in the 3200.Josey Burton will have a top twenty throw of 97' 03" in the discus. J. Sargent and J. Burton will do the shot put. Nothing showing in the other field events.

Relays should do okay in most meets. The 3200 will be running Gilmore and Waller. The discus will have a near top twenty toss in Madison Cremeans of 94' 04"and the #2 girl should be Blayr Knipp. Miranda Howard will do the long jump. Bryanna Kellogg will have a top ten jump in the high jump of 4' 10". Gilmore and Darby are in the pole vault. Madison Cremeans has a top twenty throw in the shot put of 32' 01.50" and Kellogg should be the #2 girl.

4x400/4x800 doesn't show too much. 4x100 has a top ten time of 56.03 with four girls returning. The 4x200 shows four girls coming back with a top ten time of 1:56.87. Dana Card will be in the discus and Ally Anderson will have a near top twenty leap of 15' 03" in the long jump. High jump and pole vault shows nothing. Dana Card will also be doing the shot Put.

South Gallia

4x4 and 4x800 can't find much about them. 4x100 and 4x200 both have three returning girls. Aidyn Danison will come back in the 100 meters with a 13.37 and Hannah Kempton will have a 13.78 time. A Danison and J. Zickafoose will be in the 200. The 400 will see C. Walker and Alesa West both near top twenty times. C. Walker has a top twenty 800 with G. Eldride close behind. Walker will return with a top ten time in the 1600 as in the 3200 too. The #2 girl of B. Raines are in the 400. Ames will do the 800 and the 1600. Don't see anyone for the 3200. Shawna Brown is pushing 90 feet in the discus. Long jump should have Phillips and Ames with Samantha Enson in the shot put. Pole vault and high jump do not show anything.

Zane Trace
