Evidently there has been a problem with some preregistrations. Please contact Coach Yinger or email thetakedownclub07@yahoo.com and we will honor the preregistrations. If you recently sent one you might want to do a follow up also.

Last year there was like 10 weight classes with no less than 4 in a weight class many were 8 man brackets. The caliber of wrestlers is always very good West Jeff comes every year and many other very good columbus kids.

This looks to be a good event. I have received many phone calls plus more than 30 pre-registrations. We will also have a Ken Chertow table set up selling videos, headgear, singlets and knee pads along with camp information. Including the Ohio School of Wrestling camp that will be held in June at Nelsonville-York High School.

Congrats to the NY wrestlers who got first this past Saturday. Colt, Thomas, Bobby, Carl and Zach ( I'm sure there were More)! Morning numbers were low but the Jr high and High school numbers seemed good and there was some very tough competition. There were a number of Jr High State qualifiers and placers as well as many High school state qualifiers. .
