Noah Key for Hartley with 5 TDs and over 220 yards. Big task again for the Tigers to stop him next week.

Congrats to the Tigers on the huge win. That 99 yard INT return for a TD will get the young man in the state record books if it gets turned in. I think it is in 59th place with the record being 108 yards.

Let the Fighting Tigers not get "lulled" by these 2 convincing playoff wins and the fact that we have already faced and beat Hartley earlier. Every game is a NEW game and the past doesn't count!!
CONGRATS TO THE IRONTON FIGHTING TIGERS - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Went to this game tonight
Ironton was just too powerful

Sparta played a good first quarter but after the fumble of the punt they just couldn't do anything. They even had Ironton back on their heels the first couple of times they had the ball.

Highland looked like they keyed on Wilks and Waginger ate them up.The first extra point they didn't even know he had the ball. Then on the 2nd TD he made one of the best fakes I've seen and ran for the TD.Ironton QB seemed to get hurt there in the 3rd while playing defense-hope nothing too bad for next week. Did they give Wilks a 99yd Td on the int?

awesome game by the tigers , just got back, they said the interception return was 101 yards at the game. ironton was just way too much , sparta looked like they'd never seen an option before. not knocking them, just great execution by the ironton line. wag had an amazing night on a few option keepers. thanks to logan buckeye for the directions and parking spot, saw alot of seopers tonight. hagar and warner are just tearing it up to now. wilks is just amazing the d looked great. the offense line blocking was awesome. peaking just the right time, bring on columbus bishop hartley.

You will never know without playing the game. 6 turnovers, missing both starting linebackers and our starting defensive end. The Sparta game was not the West team we saw the first ten weeks. There is a reason OHSAA makes you play the games. Good luck the rest of the year.

Congrats on the huge win and showing them what Southern Ohio football is all about!! Our 6 fumbles lost last week was a real bummer. It would have been a good game between West and Ironton, even without Pendleton.

From the other side of the State: D4 R16 Clinton-Massie [very close to my hometown of Wilmington] LOST to KENTON 36 - 28. Kenton has a kid named Mauk on their team - younger brother of Ben Mauk.

QUITE AN AMAZING SHOW OF COMPLETE & UTTER DESTRUCTION Of SPARTA! They had some nice long drives until the tigers adjusted & took control! Everyone played superb & the quick big plays were amazing to listen to on my iheartradio iphone app here in ORLANDO!
SPARTA had to go to the pass, after run was shut down& the tigers played a soft secondary by keeping sparta's recievers in front of them! Sparta had 244 yds passing (26-46 two interceptions)!
They just couldnt hang with the power schedule tested tigers!
I wanted a HEATH re-match, but HARTLEY it will be! To me, somethings fishy about their performance @ tanks memorial earlier! Never changed defense although tigers ran it down their throat! Its almost like they just wanted to scope out the tigers & keep noah key from getting injured for post-season! They had 2 turnovers the tigers capitalized on as well!
It will be a challenge to beat them twice! I think the tigers are peaking,& can beat them again! Noah key seems to be their potent weapon & workhorse the tigers must contain HIM again, unlike heath did!!!
Keep advancing tigers!!! SOMEONE TAKE OUT KENTON, GENOA AREA, & chagrin falls kenston!!!
MARCH ON TIGERS!!! we can" RUN "WITH ANY1!!!!
