I like west’s chances in this one. West is a very physical team. I think they will throw enough to keep Johnstown’s defense honest. If west oline can get a push they will run up the gut all night long.

Yeah we are going to have to play them 2 guys well Jtown Defense is very fast off the line they had 5 sacks last night

Sounds like it might be a good game
Against Oak Hill. That’s not saying much.
Burg did they same thing How is that different
Where did I say it was different? I was saying that’s nothing to brag about.

If they only scored 10 points on MF Jtown might have a good scoring night

Burg was up 44-0 at half on OH, but this was a playoff atmosphere. Give credit to OH will showing up and battling. Jtown came out with two quick scores and settled thought OH was going to roll over since everyone was saying how soft they were. Jtown did a good job coming out in the 3rd q and finishing it quick.

That’s what happens when you start typing with one hand before you finish what you were doing with the other hand....

I'd like to see both Burg and West win this Friday. It would be nice to have the regional final maybe at Portsmouth Coliseum. Good luck to both teams. Stay injury free.

I do but it would be nice for the game to be 15 minutes away.

The_Rock wrote: Sat Nov 04, 2017 9:07 am I really hate to say it but I think this is the end of a good season for West. I think it will be a game that will mirror the Burg game, JM will shut down Hurd and force the QB to make plays. He is the difference maker for them IMO. He tends make a lot of bad decisions, throwing (when he should run), running (when he should throw), and taking sacks (when he should throw it away). This can’t happen against good teams and you can only lean on your Defense so long, As they seen against Burg, The game will get away from you quick. Don’t get me wrong he is a decent athlete and not bashing nor being negative just stating he is the difference maker for this team, If he plays well they have a great shot to WIN, If not it will be the end of the road.
Good Luck to the Senators (Siders)

Wow I can tell you West QB played very well against the Burg ... He made the correct decisions all night and was in my opinion the Best play maker ..

Just for the record it takes the whole team to win!!!!!
Yeah, he even completed that one over Burgs bench from about a yard out of bounds. :o

Seriously, he is a very elusive QB who makes plays. I think he will do just fine. Good luck to the Senators.

In watching West against Burg, I think the QB'S biggest problem was indecisiveness.
He throws well and seems to see the field well.
I really believe his indecisiveness comes from lack of confidence in his ability as a passer, not throwing enough in the game due to the offense West runs.
